Work cross functionally to improve plant efficiency and quality.
Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent experience.
Minimum of five (5) years of supervisory and food packaging experience,
Strong food safety, customer and quality focus.
Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Understanding of costs related to manufacturing and packaging. Budgeting experience preferred.
Ability to lead, influence and motivate a large workforce through interpersonal and teambuilding skills.

Responsibilities: The Plant Manager is responsible for providing direction and strategic planning in all areas of responsibility to include administration, production, processing, packaging, quality, maintenance, warehousing, shipping, purchasing, safety, and environmental. Experience in a management and/or supervisory or leadership capacity.
Must have significant knowledge of cheese manufacturing processes.Natural and Processed cheese manufacturing experience is highly desired.
