Overview The Salvation Army Kids’ Club is a state-licensed, school-age child care program located at 258 Chestnut Street in Chelsea, MA. We currently have several openings for On-Call Group Leaders.
Minimum qualifications for the position are as follows: Must be at least 18 years of age and have one of the following sets of requirements: · Have a Bachelor’s Degree or an Associate’s Degree; and have three months of experience working with school age children; or · Have a high school diploma or equivalent; and have six months of experience working with school age children including three months of supervised experience at a school age child care program; or · Have nine months of experience with school age children including three months of supervised experience at a school age child care program. On-Call Staff will be called AS NEEDED to cover regularly scheduled Group Leader shifts. Regular Group Leader shifts are 2:00pm-6:00pm during the school-year and 8:00am-5:30pm (this may vary slightly, but will still be 8 hours with a half hour unpaid lunch) during school breaks and summer vacation. Duties include, but are not limited to: supervising and engaging with children in Kindergarten through age 13; organizing and implementing enrichment activities; helping with homework; maintaining cleanliness and organization within the program space; and the use of positive behavior management techniques in line with program philosophy.

Customer Service Representative
This position is within the Customer Service department, and reports directly to the Customer Service Manager. Responsible for managing quotes, service customer accounts, incoming orders, and serve as the primary point of contact between Eaton and our customers. Our primary goal is to maximize customer satisfaction by ensuring we meet our commitments to the customer. The position requires processing and tracking of quotes as well as the order entry and monitoring shipments. This includes working with sales on quoting product, providing status on orders, issuing RMA’s for items to be returned, and monitoring RMA process. Work closely with the Outside Sales Force, Engineering, Purchasing/Planning and Manufacturing teams in order to follow the process from quotation to shipment ensuring Customer On Time Delivery are met
Pull from customer web portals and process quotations, including gathering all documentation, drawing/parts lists and entry into our systems. Monitor the quotation through the system for timely deliver to the customer
Partner with Accounts Receivable and customers to gather required documentation and set up new customer accounts
Work with customers to resolve any account or purchase order discrepancies
Timely entry and maintenance of orders utilizing various internal systems including SAP
Distributing sales order materials/paperwork, monitor and status orders
Proactively monitor customer delivery schedules and track critical shortages. Team with Purchasing/Planning to expedite orders to satisfy urgent customer needs
Issuing and tracking RMAs
Manage customer schedules and websites as required
Maintain a strong working relationship with internal and external customers including interdepartmental teammates
Analyze and problem solve customer specific performance issues
Backup for teammate’s customers in their absence
General departmental logistics and office support

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution

Description The entry coordinator will act as a mediator between U.S. Customs and several importers/companies simultaneously, by arranging and overseeing the receipt of documents to be process with U.S. Customs. The incumbent will perform several tasks that includes classification, communication, tracking of shipments, billing and preparation of documents to transmit the entry to customs and other government agencies. Once cargo is release, the entry coordinator will coordinate pickup and delivery to the client requested destination.
Accountabilities This position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
Communicate with clients/customs/forwarders/truckers/messengers/lines via phone, email, etc
Handling of documents and data entry
Classify and file entry with customs and other government agencies
Dispatch cleared shipments for delivery
Exception handling and customer service Key Results:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to explain and educate the importer/companies how the process of importing works, including regulations, procedures, penalties, etc.
Compliance with customs. The entry coordinator must be up to date with customs regulations and any changes on any Trade Agreement. It should also be inform on any changes on local port policies when presenting documents.
Error free performance when transmitting to customs, also when documents required.
Ability to work under pressure. Should be able to handle more than one task at a time since work environment requires that while working on an entry. Will have to answer the phone and assist the client by providing the information needed and still focus on the accuracy on the entry you are filing to make sure is done right and on time.
Ability to work under team environment. Should have the initiative to assist co-workers when help needed or cover when the person is out on vacation/sick.
