The Advanced Surface Science, Wet Process Solutions and Dielectric and Metals group is responsible for operating tools, processing wafers, developing processes, and characterizing results in the Microsystems Research Laboratory. The candidate must understand the fundamentals of wet processing, dielectric and metals deposition and be capable of operating various tools, various measurement tools and show familiarity with common methods.
Experience working in a semiconductor manufacturing line is a desired.
The hired candidate will work internally with research group across multiple disciplines to enable fundamental learning, new devices, and system prototyping in memory, electronics, photonics, microfluidics, and more applications.
You will spend over 90% of every day in theclean room: in a full jumpsuit, boots, gloves, mask over face etc.
Looking for someone that has Clean Roomexperience and has touched silicon wafers.
Job Duty 1 - Execute process on research and development on wafers.
Job Duty 2 - Must become intimately knowledgeable of tooling capabilities in area of front end and back end wets, dielectrics and metals.
Job Duty 3 - Perform tool qualifications and maintain tool and process qualification records.
Job Duty 4 - Communicate with wets processing staff and product owners to ensure accurate processing of wafers.
Job Duty 5 – Will be working most of day in cleanroom
Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
Working in a cleanroom
AS/BS in engineering or equivalent or greater
Experience in front end/back end wets is a plus
Ability to work safely with chemicals in the clean room
Must be US citizen

We are seeking a Chemical Engineer to join Hawiyah NGL Recovery Plant (HNGLP) within the Gas Operations.
The engineer primary role is handling process studies and design modifications in utilities, gas treatment, NGL recovery or gas compression facilities. Occasionally called upon to design or evaluate new process installations or modifications.
HNGLP main function is to liquefy rich sweet gases coming from other facilities and produce NGL using propane as cooling media. It has also gas treating units to remove CO2 from the coming gases.
It uses combustion gas turbines to compress the residue natural gas to sales gas grid and pumps to ship NGL to the fractionation facilities. Minimum Requirements As the successful candidate you should hold a Bachelor's degree in chemical Engineering from a recognized and approved program.
You must have a minimum of 7 years' experience in natural gas operations (gas treatment, NGL recovery, rotating equipment and utilities) including good experience in simulation programs mainly Hysys, Flarenet, and ProMax.

CHEMICAL ENGINEER/ POUR LINE ENGINEER –
In this career growth oriented role the incumbent will work with the as a member of the foam pouring management team at a the plant. Familiarity with automated test systems and data collection such as Labview, and comfortable working with large data sets.
