• Manage Special Process compliance efforts to internal & external standards for chemical and finishing process control by developing appropriate procedures/work instructions and facilitating customer/regulatory audits including ISO / AS9100 & Nadcap • Maintain a working knowledge of material, tooling, process technologies, and internal/external specifications & standards to support day-to-day operations, as well as identify operational cost efficiencies or enable the realization of new products/processes, and develop recommendations/action plans accordingly • Develop and maintain a project plan while leading quality planning, data analysis/reporting, process improvement/defect reduction efforts, readiness review participation, audit facilitation, product delivery/conformity and direct customer interface in regards to special processes including Chem-film, Passivation, Electrolytic and Electroless Plating processes as well as Heat Treat special processes
