POSITION DESCRIPTION:* Provide retail merchandising coverage within a designated retailer and assigned territory
Demonstrate a professional, reliable representation of Premium Retail Services and our clients to retail personnel and store management
Work effectively with store management to execute successful, client-driven merchandising and sales activities

Cheese Skilled Relief Operator
This position provides coverage for all operator positions in the Cheese Production Department. All other duties as assigned. Principle Accountabilties
Perform according to Standard Operating Procedures in all Cheese Department Operator positions.
Know all job functions of the Cheese Department Operator positions.
Maintain housekeeping in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s).
Communicate effectively with co-workers, maintenance, quality, and department management.
Follow all required safety practices and procedures. General Outline of Duties Covers for the Cheese Department Operators as outlined below: Cheese Slurry P2 Operator
Prepare start up and shut down process.
Perform cut in and cut out testing for state and document on graph chart.
Monitor seals for leaks.
Perform can checks and calibrate ingredient application system daily.
Verify divert valve is functioning correctly.
Refer to make plan to determine amount of powder, whey cream, water and gluconic acid required.
Adjust set points according to plan.
Direct system based on pounds per hour, set flow rate and monitor flow meters.
Monitor pump speeds, flow rates, pressure and temperature throughout process.
Take samples and test for pH and total solids in DMC lab.
Maintain correct level in Dry Mixer Hold Tank.
