Using proper bird handling procedures remove chicks from boxes and hold knee joint between thumb and forefinger and snip and cauterize dew claw on male chicks. 6. Grade chicks after processing and sexing by eliminating culls which do not meet the requirements for a breeder chick.
Required Skills Reading, writing and analytical skills are required.
