Blow Molder Supervisor
Supervises and coordinates activities of Blowmold workers and Blowmold operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain production through the ability to respond and apply problem solving in real time (as events occur) to address all abnormalities impacting the production lines ability to supply product to our customers which is our primary purpose.
Create a continuous improvement culture to ensure safety, quality and productivity.
Engage in the introduction, training, and coaching of standardized work with team members and leaders.
Enhance positive working environment and culture to retain employees.
Development of team members and leaders though training, coaching, and mentoring
Providing the necessary guidance to the support personnel on their shifts including Quality Technicians and Maintenance Technicians.
Troubleshoot and perform maintenance mechanics of Blowmolding machines.
Coordinate and direct Blowmolding operations in the achievement of production needs, budget, and quality and safety objectives.
Ensure that the quality of products produced at the facility is consistent with intended design and desired image.
Coordinate activities with production to maximize utilization of manpower, machines and equipment.
Responsible for inventory and cost controls.
Foster active participation of the workforce to enhance awareness and cooperation.
Implement and follow the required preventive maintenance for the department
Ensure compliance with company policies and all government regulations.
Must insure full compliance with all quality assurance standards.
Learn and adhere to safety and security policies and procedures, including wearing appropriate PPE at all times.
Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.

Molder Trainee (Kloster)
Summary Operation of equipment in proper sequence. Frequent use of hoists. Obtaining required patterns and coordination of the melt/pour function. Continuous observation of the molds and changing the patterns.

The Global program Manager is a critical role within the Chocolate CBU in driving sustainable business growth. It is responsible for working with the development teams to drive product innovations for the Expand core, Adjacency and Disrupt areas of growth. It is responsible for working with the central S&T teams especially the Cocoa and Chocolate technology teams to identify and ensure the development of innovation opportunities for the chocolate CBU, and for working with the Health and wellness team to enable the CBU to develop the right product strategy to meet the business goals. This role is also accountable for the management of the R&D innovation programs, working with the development directors to deliver the 5year pipeline documents and for working with the global activity managers in the governance and execution of the programs and work streams developed by the global CBU. They will also be the key contact for the IP and SRA teams to ensure that all of the programs have been assessed by these teams. As a global program Manager, this role will work on all current chocolate brands and based on the needs of the business may also work on new brands created through the Business development CBU.
The Global program Manager role requires cross functional partnership and collaboration. The role operates at multiple levels within the business and although it is an individual contributor role it requires high level leadership skills to ensure the collaboration across R&D and to ensure that the programs are delivered globally.
This role works across the spectrum of the product lifecycle from working in the front end to improving our current offerings. The role requires understanding of the S& T areas as well as the H&W strategy to enable delivery of step changing innovation.
This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical knowhow and tactical execution to define and execute a portfolio of complex projects, looking at new perspectives to solve existing and new brand solutions for the chocolate CBU.
The Global program Manager possess a solid drive for results, exceptional project management skills, a creative and entrepreneurial growth mindset, and an ability to create strong networks and relationships to drive the innovation agenda. They work independently with minimal guidance to deliver the CBU programs.
Works with the global activity managers and the development Directors to ensure that all of the programs identified by the CBU are tracked and that the appropriate technical resources are allocated to bring project through to commercialization.
The connector between the Central R&D functions (especially the Cocoa and Chocolate teams) and other CBU’s to ensure that all relevant technology is developed to deliver the chocolate business goals.
Champion the foresight area with the CMI Chocolate team
Partners with S&T and the other central R&D functions to define the long term strategy for the chocolate portfolio. U
Continually works with development directors to scope for new extend core and Pioneer Adjacency innovation programs and ensures the technical feasibility of the projects.
They work with the other global function to identify solutions to fuel the product and packaging pipeline.
Ensures that the global program for building, extending, and breakthrough product designs are delivered for the brands and that they are designed to meet the brand KQA’s.
Ensures that the global program process is carried out such that timelines are met to market products.
Acts as a key link between the CBU and the Science and Technology teams to help set technology and research strategies required by the brand
Remains abreast of new developments in food technologies, H&W, packaging, design, category trends and related fields
Key contact for the IP team to ensure that all of the CBU programs have been assessed for new IP and cleared for delivery.
Key contact for the SRA teams to ensure that all of the programs have been assessed, relevant actions taken and they are cleared for delivery.
Key Technical contact Globally for CBU innovation programs.
Connects with peers in other CBU’s to harmonize Innovation projects where possible, share best practices, and accelerate the global deployment of new innovations.
Context and Scope

This role works across the spectrum of the product lifecycle from working in the front end to improving our current offerings. The role requires consumer empathy and the ability to translate this into prototypes to inspire and excite the consumer & the business.
They be the key technical expert and contact globally for the CBU and will facilitate key product and pack learnings opportunities across brands and across markets.
Decision making authority will reside within the prioritization of projects within the identified growth projects, tactical details of the project execution and appropriate identification of resources required for the projects.
Will provide recommendations to the GBD and Science and Technology teams regarding strategy development and seek approval for progression of projects through stage gates and ultimately launch.
Will apply scientific and innovative methodology across the whole program of work, incorporating the best internal and external tools and methodologies.
Is a critically important communication and alignment bridge between the business functions at multiple levels
Global travel will be required to factories as well as key markets.
Minimum: Bachelor of Science in a technical area including engineering, chemistry, food science is required.
Preferred: In addition to the minimum requirements, a master's degree in Science and Global program or Project management would be preferred.
Proven Project management skills typically acquired through 7+ years of professional experience in leading NPD and/or Science and Technology projects as the key technical member on a cross-functional team.
Hands on experience in the development and successful launch of new science and technology programs, products, packages or processes.
Proven track record of management of complex projects through execution, preferably with cross functional teams

Position Summary and Responsibilities
The Production Equipment Operator –Molder II is responsible for setting up and operating transfer molding, injection molding & dispensing machines used in the production of polyurethane, neoprene, and/or epoxy connectors and bodies. The operator works from process sheets and production drawings to perform production molding of components in accordance with established policies and procedures. Operators in this category should be able to independently and safely run the equipment, with minimal supervision. Management may, at its discretion, modify or add further duties not currently listed in this general job description.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Adheres to all Rubber department guidelines and quality requirements.
Conducts set-up processes using fixtures and/or tooling
Responsible for reporting cycle time and part count.
Starts and observes machine operation to detect malfunctions. Sets pressures, time, and temperature according to procedures.
Works press controls to activate machines to compress compounds between molds to form and cure specified products.
Removes cured products from mold using hand tools
Accurately and completely fills out shop orders, defect reporting sheets, white board, and any other required documentation.
The operator is responsible to move products to the next work center in ERP.
Communicates with lead and/or supervisor to receive instructions and coordinate activities.
Cleans machines and work area to maintain a clean work environment (6S)
Maintain s the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.
Detects and reports defective materials, expired materials, or questionable conditions to the supervisor.
Performs quality evaluations on parts during production and notifies supervisor of any non-conforming parts or materials.
Manages material usage to optimize profitability.
Examines product to determine if it meets criteria and complete in-process inspection paper work.
Records production data for reference by production and management personnel, including labor tracking, deviation requests and non-conforming material documents.
Present at all quality and safety meetings required by management.
Assists in physical inventory counts.
Attends work regularly and predictably and uphold Company values in all work aspects.

Minimum High School diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years production experience in a manufacturing environment using manual injection molding machines. Experience molding with materials such as Polyurethane, neoprene, epoxy, and EPDM preferred.
