Calling customers in a pro-active way in order to detect potential churn risk and be able to prevent the churn makes also part of your challenge
Our ideal candidate should be :
Customer minded with a dynamic & commercial flair
Off course you are a good communicator in French & Dutch (oral & written) , English is an asset
