Circle Content Manager
Squarespace's professional user program, Circle, provides support, inspiration, and community for tens of thousands of independent creatives who build websites for clients on Squarespace. The Circle team is expanding its capacity to create skill-building, sales, and marketing resources, which will be made available exclusively to our community, and is hiring a new team member to lead that effort.
As the Circle Content Manager, you will help shape a key component of the Circle growth strategy and be responsible for achieving clearly defined goals around member engagement and website building activity. The library you create will be a mix of topical and evergreen resources executed in a variety of media and formats, and each piece will meet Squarespace's high design standards. Your work will further establish Circle as a trusted authority on the art, science, and business of website design, and empower our community to grow their own businesses and help their clients succeed online.
This role is based in New York and reports into the Creative Ecosystem Manager.
Work with the Creative Ecosystem Manager to set the strategy for all Circle resources
Oversee the development of a dynamic library of resources, ranging from sales toolkits to trend forecasts to practical business advice
Manage the day to day operations of Circle resource development and publication: Define and scope assignments, recruit and contract freelancers, oversee development and production, review and provide feedback on works in progress, route for approval, obtain necessary clearances, and publish to a members-only Resource Hub
Track key performance indicators and ensure that we are meeting or exceeding our ambitious goals
Collaborate with colleagues on the Product and Marketing teams to ensure that all Circle members understand the depth and breadth of Squarespace's offerings and can communicate our value propositions to clients
Collaborate with colleagues on the Circle team on the development of resources that reinforce or contribute to other Circle initiatives (such as the Authorized Trainers program)
3-5 years of experience in an editorial or content strategy role, including experience managing the work of freelance creatives
Excellent writing and editing skills
Proven track record of developing content and resources that achieve specific business targets and goals, and of transforming qualitative and quantitative insights into engaging content
Ability to earn the trust and respect of stakeholders in a complex environment

Meskwaki Elders Circle Coordinator
TITLE: Meskwaki Elders Circle Coordinator DEPARTMENT: Meskwaki Nation Child Support Services
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receives referrals from Case Manager for Meskwaki Elders Circle (MEC)
Consults and provides orientation of alternative dispute resolution processes
Coordinates all alternative dispute resolution services
Writes case notes, summaries, and family engagement plans
Updates Case Worker on progress of cases. Files all proceedings in CIS case notes and in the case file about proceedings schedule and/or barriers and developments, and forwards all entries to the Case Worker
Notifies Case Worker of any recommendations made by MEC for MNCSS to coordinate for parties
Tracks and maintains policies and procedures for MEC referrals, forms, and other documents as needed
Coordinates mediation scheduling with clients and MEC members
Recruits and maintains MEC membership
Meets with MEC Committee Members on a monthly basis for updates, reviews, etc.
Prepares and submits monthly report of activities, meetings, and budget updates and submit to the Direct Supervisor on the 1st day of each month
Develop and attend trainings as necessary
Refers clients to resources
Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality
Reviews resources annually for current and accurate information

Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and two (2) years of administrative experience including customer service

Crotched Mountain seeks a high energy and experienced professional to serve as Major Gift and Planned Giving Officer. The incumbent will possess skills in building trusting relationships with client family members, donors, friends and external constituents in order to generate annual capital and estate gifts for Crotched Mountain. Will have daily interactions with all constituencies and be responsible for all phases of the gift cycle, including initiating contact, cultivating and moving potential donors to solicitation and closure, making solicitations, writing proposals, and stewarding donors. This is a highly-visible position where energy, diplomacy, judgment, sophistication, and an understanding of philanthropy, Crotched Mountains culture and vision and of populations with special needs are essential. Major & Capital Gift Fundraising
In collaboration with the Vice President of Advancement, conducts a minimum of 75 - 100 personal cultivation and solicitation visits with key donors per year focusing on annual leadership and major capital gifts exceeding $25,000.
Supports major gift volunteers who financially support Crotched Mountain in a visionary and strategic fashion as it relates to gift revenue generation.
Demonstrate take-charge ability to problem solve, analyze, influence and motivate donors and potential donors.
Writes individualized funding proposals and stewardship letters.
Work with VP for Advancement and major gift officers in design and implementation of major and planned giving programs. Provide assistance in development of annual and long-term operating plans, including setting annual and long-term quantitative and qualitative goals.

Travel and tend to new and former prospects needs, in order to develop a strategy to uphold their involvement.
