Perform first piece, in process and final inspection or test on a wide variety of parts and document results. How will you make an impact?
An In Process Inspector is responsible for verifying the physical attributes of our manufactured labels including their construction, print quality and quantity. Responsibilities include inspection of labels produced by presses and reorientation label application machines.
What will you do?
Ensure all In Process Inspection SOPs and Work Instructions are current and followed, as well as adhering to Clintrak Quality Assurance standards.
Performs inspection in a timely and efficient manner on all press printed labeling as per current approved Work Instructions.
Performs Start, In Process and End Verifications for runs manufactured on our standard and booklet presses.
Releases inspected materials which have met required inspection standards for further processing. This includes raw materials and tooling.
Applies Good Manufacturing Principles in all areas of responsibility.
Demonstrates and drives the Thermo Fisher Values – Integrity, Intensity, Involvement and Innovation (The Four I's).
Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner.

Large, 8 Operating Room, 1 Procedure Room Multispecialty Ambulatory Surgical Facility. The facility opened in 1984 and currently serves over 100 surgeons. Surgical Specialties provided include Ophthalmology, Interventional Pain Management, Otolaryngology, Orthopedics & Spine, Gynecological Surgery, General Surgery, Plastic Surgery, Podiatry and Oral Surgery. Patients have their same-day surgery in a warm, inviting environment and are discharged home after recovery. The facility does offer 23-hour stay when patients need to be observed overnight.
Accountabilities / Responsibilities
The OR Circulating RN position will provide support to the facility by performing circulating and/or scrub duties primarily in the 3rd Floor Operating Room at a multispecialty Ambulatory Surgery Center. Specialties include Interventional Pain, Spine, Orthopedics, GYN, ENT, Podiatry, Plastics, Ophthalmology, General Surgery and Urology.
Provides direct clinical nursing patient care to surgical patients in the operating room.

The OR Circulating Registered Nurse manages all the necessary care inside the surgery room, assisting the team in maintaining and creating a comfortable, safe environment for the patient and observing the team from a wide perspective. Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates care for all age patients in operating room. Provides care within nursing standards of practice and the policies of the Center. Physician Surgical Center of Knoxville is a multi-specialty practice that focuses on providing the best and safety patient experience in the outpatient setting. We are currently seeking a dynamic OR RN to join our staff.
Circulating nurses have a crucial role in the surgery setting. For example, circulating nurses may ensure all patient paperwork is completed, such as consent forms.
During the procedure, nurses may also document what takes place. They are a patient advocate in that they assure that safety procedures are being met. Circulating nurses may also replenish surgical supplies as needed during the procedure. After the procedure, they may verify instrument count and complete charting and other related duties.
Being detail oriented is also a needed skill for OR nurses. Small mistakes in the operating room can have a big impact on a patient's condition.

Heavy Equipment Mechanic Qa/Qc Inspector
- Analyze malfunctions and repair, rebuild and maintain power equipment, such as cranes, power shovels, scrapers, paving machines, motor graders, trench-digging machines, conveyors, bulldozers, dredges, pumps, compressors and pneumatic tools.
