Basic Function of the Job
Under little supervision, this position supports the Production Control and Inventory Control Team. This individual will perform a variety of duties to acquire, inventory, and distribute parts, supplies, tools and documents used in the daily operations of the Production Control Department. They will be responsible for expediting critical quick build orders in manufacturing. Position requires familiarity with a wide variety of supplies and equipment commonly purchased and the ability to interpret detailed information including purchase orders, packing slips and shop floor work orders. Be able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

- Support government leads to provide responsive, consistent, and accurate classification guidance to ODNI and the IC.
- Prepare ODNI original classification authority and derivative classification authority training and reference materials.

Maintain records to accurately track-recoupedproduct and return saleable product to stock.Supervise the inventory quality and accuracy assurance programs,including weekly and monthly reports.
Conduct as necessary,any search to locate products within the system. Adjust records when there arediscrepancies between actual product and records. Take steps to correct and prevent discrepancies.
Develop a program toaudit returns and move returned product to its proper location. When necessary, process proper documentationto generate a prompt credit transaction.Take appropriate action on product that is not in saleable condition.
Perform weekly cyclecounts and make system adjustments as necessary.
Develop a program tomaintain tight security over the inventory.Assure that only authorized personnel have access to inventoryrecords. Maintain accurate inventoryrecords to help facilitate shortage detection.
Develop all necessaryreports and documentation to facilitate accurate inventory counts includingrecords of all audits, counts, and adjustments. Complete and issue allnecessary records and reports including filing invoices and maintainingcustomer records in a timely and accurate fashion.

Materials Control Clerk
Purpose Statement: To monitor and control WOs also account for all the materials on the Manufacturing floor.
Key Job Accountabilities:
Assist with the control and management of WIP inventory and locations to reduce inventory costs, while increasing inventory accuracy, flexibility, and integrity.
Maintain the following WIP inventory locations: floor stock (FS), line side (LS), Kan Ban, Service and any other location(s) directly related to the production floor.
Receipt and close open WOs to ensure WO integrity, verify material usage and accurate reflect inventory levels.
Monitor and follow-through on daily ECN/BOM changes, for open WOs to update inventory requirements and ensure proper/timely disposition of inventory.
Oversee the manufacturing material process for component issues on open WOs to increase Manufacturing efficiencies and optimizing Purchasing efforts.
Perform WIP cycle counts.
Run reports as needed.
Resolve daily discrepancies and problems to increase inventory accuracy and integrity.
Update WOs when there is a WO to WO transfer to ensure accuracy.
Complete appropriate transactions to maintain inventory integrity and resolve discrepancies.

FED Access Control Clerk
POSITION SUMMARY: The Administrative (Access Control) Clerk is a full-time non-exempt employee assigned to support MARSOC at both CLNC and CPCA. This position is responsible for performing various personnel access control functions and providing general administrative support in maintaining the records and databases associated with daily access control and security of the MARSOC facilities. The Administrative (Access Control) Clerk reports directly to the SSP Site Supervisor/Physical Security Specialist.
The Access Control Clerks shall perform the following services:
Prepare, track, maintain and file all relevant correspondence, badges, records and documents, required by policy governing the personnel security access control measures of MARSOC.

The Contractor shall support the implementation and exercise of Original Classification Authority (OCA) in accordance with EO 13526, "Classified National Security Information," and DoD 5230.30-M, "DoD Mandatory Declassification Review Program" in direct support to the National Guard Bureau J2.
Duties and Responsibilities
Conduct background research and gap analysis on Government best practices involving the procedures required for the development of operational functions regarding OCA and provide daily report outlining research results.
Provide drafts of routine provisions of DoD classification and declassification procedures for Government review and incorporation into a Chief National Guard Bureau Instruction (CNGBI) on OCA and deliver drafts to the J24.
Conduct background research and gap analysis on Government best practices involving the procedures required for the development of standard text and protocols for Government development of Security Classification Guides (SCGs) and provide a daily report outlining the results of this research.
Create draft training materials and a draft training syllabus on the proper exercise of classification and declassification authority policy and guidance as well as update the training materials quarterly.
Perform a quarterly training for National Guard Bureau staff at Arlington Hall Station.
Review daily requests for classification and declassification against Executive Orders and DODM's.
Analyze the routine and standard procedures for the exercise of classification and declassification authority, and provide draft recommendations.
Prepare draft references and other supporting documentation such as DoD Regulations, Executive Orders, Case Studies, to support Government decisions in Mandatory Declassification Reviews (MDRs) and deliver the draft references to the J24.
At an average of 8 times a Month the NG-J2 receives requests from the NG-Public Affairs Office; support NGB Public Affairs requests to screen publications for classified content and other Government agency equities in the context of review for public release, and will refer non-routine questions to NGJ2 Government officials for decision along with supporting references. Per each NGB Public Affairs request, perform background research on the applicability of NG-J2 policy, procedures and guidance that impact the request.
Conduct routine daily Automatic Declassification Reviews and recommend non-routine questions involving, possible exempted material and other Government agency equities to NG-J2 Government officials for resolution along with supporting references. For each ADR, analyze the ADR and provide the J24 with a draft recommendation and references for resolution.
Provide a bi-weekly activity report (WAR) that mirrors the corresponding invoice periods. This report shall include activities and tasks performed by the contractor during the week, and incorporate a status on open and closed action items.
Provide quarterly drafts of mandatory reports of NGB classification and declassification actions to the J24. This report shall outline a running total of classification and declassification actions.
The NG-J24 receives on average five (5) requests through staff action systems regarding NG-J2 program equities. The contractor shall conduct background research and prepare draft recommendations to satisfy the requests. All requests shall be reviewed and approved by the NG-J24.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Completion of specialized training in E.O. 13526 requirements, the declassification analysis process, use of classification guides, recognition of National Guard equities, proper disposition of documents reviewed and master of automated tools and tracking system.
Knowledge of automatic and mandatory declassification.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
