The Inventory Control Clerk is primarily responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of inventory while in our control. In addition, this role will oversee and maintain the most efficient slot engineering of the SKU's within the division. Under the direction of the Manager-Shipping & Warehousing, the Materials Clerk is responsible for conducting inventory accuracy cycle counts. This entails physically verifying on-hand part quantities vs. quantities listed in SAP along with investigating any discrepancies that are found. This work is performed in manufacturing and warehouse locations. This position will also perform other material control assignments as required.
Conduct and record daily counts of parts based on randomly generated inventory reports from SAP.
Utilize SAP to identify locations of parts along with transaction history, etc… completed for each part.

The Data Control Inbound (DCI) Clerk screens and codes freight invoices according to the department and customer's procedures.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Serves as data control associate by:
Performing a manual review of all freight invoices to ensure they comply with the customer's and the department's procedures.
Applying codes to bills to expedite the entry of the data in the data entry department.
Questioning discrepancies between the processing record and customer's reject reasons.
Separating all bills which do not meet individual company and/or standard department procedures and rejecting accordingly.

What you will do:
The Inventory Control Clerk supports the operation of the maintenance department by ordering, receiving, and inventorying spare parts, tools and other components, maintaining physical inventory and inventory data in a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and other tasks as assigned
Here's a day in the life:
Provide on-going assistance to answer questions and help resolve problems
Maintain plant inventory of spare parts, equipment and supplies using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
Navigates to appropriate programs and fully understands all applications and procedures
Focuses on details of records and identifies inventory control level issues based on usage and lead times
Uses appropriate codes and procedures
Continuously update inventory as items are disbursed
Process purchase requisitions to request existing or new stock items
Performs inventory checks to maintain adequate inventory levels per established min/max levels.
Perform routine inventory audits.
Compiles and maintains records of quantity, type, and value of material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies for engineering management.
Counts material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies in stock and posts totals to inventory records. Verifies clerical computations against physical count of stock and adjusts errors in computation or count, or investigates and reports reasons for discrepancies.
Receive materials and enter part items into inventory control system
Coordinate with operating departments to ensure critical items are stocked.
Communicate with Plant Processing Departments to support inventory stores function.
Prepare parts orders from work order assignments.
Fill parts and supply orders, as needed.
Maintain records in work order database, including making sure tables are correct, queries and reports are updated and forms are filled in correctly.
Enters and tracks work order activity as applicable to parts procurement/distribution.
Compiles, sorts, and verifies accuracy of data to be entered.
Establish and maintain effective relationships with employees, supervisors and the general public.
Utilize a computer with basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Act as a team player and be able to interact with staff at all levels of the company.
Work under pressure, meet deadlines, and be flexible in working on multiple projects simultaneously.

- Responsible for inventorying, stocking and delivery of requisitioned supplies throughout the hospital in support of clinical professionals while financially managing hospital expensed.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Restocks par locations with products ordered the previous day.
Scans each par location on a daily basis and transmits orders no later than 1:00 p.m. each day.
Charges out any items taken directly from the Stat Room to the requesting department.
All phone requests are processed and delivered within 45 minutes, unless otherwise noted. Exceptions require a follow up call to the requesting department.
Restocks Nurse servers on a daily basis(evenings)with items at par levels previously set.
Assists in re-stocking Stat Room supplies as these items are received.
Advises Supervisor of any stock outs and changes in usage.
Provides support to the Receiving Clerk(s) during peak times, vacation and time off.
Participates in the annual inventory as well as random cycle counts.
