General Clerk II (Norco) A. Harold and Associates, LLC is seeking an experienced General Clerk III.
The position will be located in Norco, CA. Successful candidates will be required to hold active SECRET clearance and obtain Common Access Cards (CACs) as primary means of identification. Project Personnel will be supporting technical support services for procurement, inventory, and general equipment support for a United States Navy command.
The General Clerk III will report directly to the Project Manager and will be responsible for compliance to the contract/Performance Work Statement (PWS), and overall customer relation to successfully execute the project requirements. The position will be responsible for execution of the following duties, responsibilities, and tasks: General clerical support and quality review of data entered into the ERP system related to purchasing material, equipment, and services via Government purchase card, contract and/or Military Standard Requisition and Issue Procedures (MILSTRIP) Perform detailed administrative tasks such as assembling purchase card reconciliation packages for monthly processing.
Review and maintain procurement specialist records to include the cardholder log and cardholder transaction checklist. Check orders against original purchase documents and ensure that shipment contents and inventories are double-checked for accuracy. Monitor incoming and outgoing orders for errors and report discrepancies.
