Records roasting amounts, types, and blends of roasted coffee beans.
Must speak Spanish
Duties and Responsibilities:
To load and unload items from pallets.
Adjust valves to regulate flow of gas.
Perform troubleshooting, preventive maintenance and sanitation procedures.
Minimize production scrap, including materials and product.
Maintain a safe, clean and organized work environment.
Operate equipment with safety devices in place, and follow all safety procedures and regulations.
Responsible to maintain inventory levels
Responsible for packaging, labeling and prepare for shipping.
Maintaining inventory levels for both green and roasted coffee.
Manage the roasting schedule.
Working hours: 7:30 am

Scope and General Purpose:
The Sporting Clays Guide & Instructor will support all aspects of the sporting experiences offered at Barnsley Resort. In this role, the Sporting Clays Guide & Instructor should strive to create a positive experience for customers beginning with the initial contact, and instill a strong sense of personal care and clear communication with our guests. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills along with customer service, guiding and instructional experience.
To provide sporting clay assistance to guests in an exceptionally safe, friendly, professional and efficient manner commensurate with the demands of a world class resort.
Also they must have some firearms background and firearms safety training, and knowledge of clay target shooting is a must.
· To ensure safety of guests and employees at all times
· To instruct guests about sporting clays rules and safety issues to ensure they have a positive experience
· To accompany guests out onto the clays course and guide them as needed on the course, 5 Stand and/or teaching areas
· To set up equipment for guests to include, guns, ammunition and safety products
· Performing trapping duties for guests to include tasks such as pulling and scoring rounds.
· To insure that equipment is put away and stored properly and that all buildings and gates are secure at the end of the day
· To stock, move and load trap machines as needed
· To liaise with other Outdoor Activity personnel to ensure exceptional activity experiences for guests
· To complete daily administrative tasks
· Assist the Director of Sporting Club with daily needs
· To maintain equipment and all areas of the course, store and supporting buildings

Provide superior customer service leadership.
Follow company policies and procedures as outlined in the Standard Operating Procedures manual, Employee Handbook, and company communications.
Open and/or close the store under specific direction of the Area Manager. In the Absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager:
Authorize and sign for refunds and overrides; count register; make bank deposits.
Assist in maintaining strict cashier accountability, key control, and adherence to company security practices and cash control procedures.
Monitor cash levels and make appropriate drawer pulls as directed by the Store Manager.
Monitor cameras for unusual activities (customers and employees), if applicable.
Supply cashiers with change when needed.
Complete all required paperwork and documentation according to guidelines and deadlines as assigned. KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS:
Ability to perform mathematical calculations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.
Knowledge of cash handling procedures including cashier accountability and deposit control.
Ability to perform IBM cash register functions.
Knowledge of cash, facility and safety control policies and practices.
Effective interpersonal and oral & written communication skills.
Understanding of safety policies and practices.
Ability to read and follow plan-o-gram and merchandise presentation guidance. WORK EXPERIENCE and/or EDUCATION:
High school diploma or equivalent and six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
