Key Duties and Responsibilities •Originate, direct, develop and implement new marketing schemes, methods, strategies and display concepts to promote the sale of products. •Oversee the creation and development of color marketing systems, technical composition, label packages, color cards, consumer brochures, sales catalogs, specifications, display materials, and print advertisements. •Oversee, develop and evaluate product display presentations and product layouts given in‑store and customer merchandising needs. •Oversee and coordinate projects with Marketing, Sales, Color, Laboratory, and Display department personnel. •Direct and coordinate label and packaging revisions in support of sales strategies with production staff and various suppliers serving domestic and international customers. •Assist Sales Department in promoting new programs, the laboratory personnel in initiating new product instructions, and the Display Department in overseeing promotional work. •Plan, purchase, and negotiate color marketing and sales materials as required. •Envision marketing concepts and coordinate the development of special products and packaging procedures with outside vendors and production staff. •Represent as needed at various trade shows.
