Information Wall And Trading Risk Manager
This position combines responsibilities of a traditional Control Room at an investment bank and a trade surveillance team. As a key member of the Capital Markets Compliance Team, the primary responsibilities of the Information Wall and Trading Risk Manager will be to assess the firm's information wall program and the firm's trading risk and design and oversee implementation of a risk-based information wall and trade surveillance program. Responsibilities include: (i) identifying, and monitoring access to, information that be material, non-public information, monitoring meetings between personnel on the private and public side of the information wall, (ii) advising business, risk and support personnel on the implementation of the enterprise's information wall policy and related standards, (iii) developing trading risk scenarios for fixed income, derivative and securitization instruments, and financing transactions, and (iv) assessing new instruments and markets for compliance risk, and designing and overseeing implementation of an information wall and trade surveillance program.

Rock Climbing Wall Attendant
Description Under the direction and supervision of the Youth Athletic Supervisor, the rock climbing wall attendant will be responsible for the management of the rock climbing wall and the participants using the rocking climbing wall during park district program hours and other duties as assigned. Qualification Applicant must be at least 16 years of age, able to communicate in English and enjoy working with people. Applicant must have the knowledge and skills required to supervise participants using the climbing wall and have the ability to prepare and complete all program related paperwork. Applicant should have an understanding of basic first aid and be CPR certified or be willing to acquire certification. Each applicant will be required to complete a criminal background form.
Duties and Responsibilities Opening procedures
Inspect ropes, carabiners, harness, helmets and belay system
Inspect the climbing wall and hand/foot holes, tighten any lose foot/hand holes as necessary
Check-in participants as required
Monitor rock climbing wall during program hours
Has the authority to make decision regarding the safety of the staff, program participant/spectators and facility
Collect, inspect and inventory helmets, harnesses, carabiners and belay devices
Store all climbing equipment after end of shift inspection
Any trash left behind should be picked up and thrown away
Personal items left behind should be returned to the park district facility attendant
Return all necessary paperwork to the park district office as required
Hours and Compensation The hours for the rock climbing wall attendant are as follows. Monday-Friday from 4:00-6:30pm, Saturdays from 9:30am-12:00pm and Sundays from 12:30-3:00pm. Apllicant must have weekend availability, preferably Fridays & Saturdays. Compensation will be established based on experience and evaluation.
Uniform Employees are issued park district shirts that must be worn while on duty. Appropriate khaki pants/shorts or blue jeans are permitted but must not be frayed, torn or tattered. Any leggings, sweatpants, jeggings, yoga pants or athletic pants are not permitted to be worn while on duty. Hats are not to be worn inside the facility. Name tags must be worn while on duty and will be provided by the park district.

Transforms initial rough product designs using BIM (Revit), MiTek, or AutoCAD Arch into working documents by creating highly detailed models. The climbing wall attendant is directly responsible to the Recreations Program Supervisor provide instruction in a variety of recreation programs. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
