Prepare all orders according to product procedure manual and in a timely manner.
Adhere to all procedural guidelines set by the Food Service Department.
Keep department and equipment clean at all times, following company and department sanitation guidelines.
Observe safe and sanitary food handling practices at all times including, but not limited to, proper hand washing, use of food handler gloves, hair restraints, storing product in appropriate areas, etc. Maintain daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules.
Maintain proper temperature and humidity levels for cafe products.
Maintain professional appearance at all times. Serve as a role model and lead by example.
Proactively engage customers, promote product and sales, build customer relationships, and provide G.R.E.A.T. customer service that encourages customer loyalty and add value to the Sur La Route brand.
Work collaboratively with fellow employees and managers and recognize teamwork and diversity throughout the store to resolve conflicts respectfully and in a timely manner.
Maintain a strong time and attendance record to ensure the smooth flow of departmental operations.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by practicing high standards of food and human safety and sanitation techniques provided by Sur La Route work rules, policies and Health Department regulations.
Replenish department supplies frequently to ensure efficiency of workflow and employee job tasks.

This position is responsible for the collection, verification, and reconciliation and reporting of daily receipts and monies collected from the sales team.
Major Duties and ResponsibilitiesDistributes and collects all truck safe keys and route stamps before verifying daily receipts.Matches driver deposits forms with the daily receipts. The OSSD role is a very important aspect of Radwell International. It allows existing Area Sales Managers to visit new customers while the OSS-D visits existing clients, communicates with customer service, and picks up extra repairs, returns and surplus. Having this support role brings a face to Radwell, and shows clients, and companies that we are more than just a website, we are bricks, mortar, and people working hard every day to supply them with a great business experience. Part of the objective is to provide a higher touch and quicker response to our customers in the radius where a driver is positioned.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages customer service, pick up and delivery of products, and promotes sales activities for a territory within a 150 mile radius of Branch office, states & sales areas covered is determined by Branch & Regional Sales Manager's.
Works closely with RSM, and the local ASM's for daily tasks and scheduling.
Responds to requests, inquiries and complaints and ensures maximum good will from all transactions.
As a member of the sales team, frequent interaction and building of relationships, will be required.
