Ability to sew on rolls of carpet in a timely manner in order to keep the shear supplied with carpet
Verify roll information matches schedule
Scan roll ticket into system write roll numbers on paper
Properly align carpet on sewing rail
Trim minimum amount of carpet to achieve a straight edge.
Sew carpet rolls together
Monitor carpet for holes and other defects
Tape holes
Keep accumulator filled with Carpet
Respond quickly to equipment or process issues
Closely monitor the carpet
Maintain a clean work area

Summary of Position:
- Prepares metal surfaces to receive epoxy coating or paint. Applies coating/paint to a specified standard. Bakes to harden finish, or dries/cures parts to specifications.
Key Responsibilities / Essential Functions:
Operates sandblasting machines for removal of scale, flux, corrosion and dirt from metal parts by use of abrasives, forced through jets at high velocity by compressed air.
Operates powered industrial truck (forklift) to load and unload material.
Uses hand tools, hoist/crane, power tools and pneumatic tools as a process of job junction.
Brush paints, spray paints or dips, a variety of parts or products in coating vehicles.
Bakes coated parts in oven to harden finish.
Dries/cures parts in accordance with specifications.
Identifies and reports defective parts.
Observes and complies with all safety regulations and company policies.
Other Responsibilities and Functions:
Maintains clean, orderly and safe work area.
Maintains a commitment to teamwork and a positive, supportive attitude to all personnel.
Supports continuous improvement activities (DBS).

Vishay Dale in Columbus, NE is currently seeking a full-time Auto Coater responsible for properly coating, pre-coating, and varnishing all types of resistors.
Primary Responsibilities:
Determine correct wheels; paint or varnish and paint viscosity for type and style of part being coated.
Maintain SPC information for paint viscosity and oven temperature.
During operation continually monitor pumps, coating heads, auto viscometers and oven temperature gauges to make certain they are operating correctly.
100% visual inspect parts for coating quality prior to release to next operation.
Make sure proper date sequence on orders is maintained to assure timely delivery.
When appropriate, selects orders to reduce wheel changes to enhance productivity.
Learns the use of measuring equipment for the purpose of viscosity checks and dimensional checks on parts. Learns the set-up of auto viscometers.
Participates in continuous improvement activities

Responsible for coating quality and damage prevention to leads and wire. Conducts SPC charting. Rework when required.

Production Associate LPI Coater - 2Nd Shift - SJ
Job Description:
Scope:
A Soldermask Operator will perform all processes in the department including: Pre-clean panel, operating the machine that coats the panels with soldermask ink, operating screen printing press table to print legend ink, operating oven to tack-cure soldermask, operating oven to thermal cure legend ink, and perform all necessary quality and process checks, daily housekeeping, minor preventative maintenance. Will be exposed to hazardous waste while performing daily job duties. Operators will undergo Chemical Handling training prior to the start of performing these duties and will actively participate in ongoing hazardous waste and chemical handling training.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Read and interpret shop traveler to verify WO number, panel quantity, and previous operation were completed
Read and interpret document instruction carefully and correctly
Operate the machine that scrubs or cleans the panel
Operate the machine that coats the panel with LPI mask including start up, set up, process check, quality check, shut down, cleaning, and minor preventative maintenance
Operate tack cure oven including start-up, set-up, quality check, shut down, and cleaning
Set up the screen for screen print process including apply emulsion on the screen, expose, develop, inspect screen image, and dry bake the screen
Operate the screen printing press table to apply legend ink, peelable mask, including start-up, set-up, quality check, break down, cleaning
Operate the oven to cure the panel including start up, set up, quality check, shut down and cleaning
Prepare Soldermask ink including set-up, break-down, process check, and cleaning
Follow all departmental process procedures correctly and respectively
Complete all departmental documentation accurately including traveler
Inform Supervisor, or Process Engineer any discrepancies found in material, product, or equipment Perform other tasks as assigned by management
Follow all safety measures when handling chemicals and hazardous waste with regard to use, mixing and disposing chemicals
Skills:
Ability to read, write and communicate in English to the degree necessary to perform the job
Must be able to stand throughout the shift, and lift up to 40 lbs. without straining
Must be able to work with solvent

Low Observable Coater - F-22/F-35 Speciality Painter
This occupation requires robotic and manual application of special technology coatings to produce aircraft, parts and assemblies with low-observable characteristics.
Reads and interprets laboratory, engineering and manufacturing process specifications and plans sequence of operations for finish applications on low-observable aircraft, parts, assemblies and test articles. Determines methods, tools, operations and sequences necessary to apply, rework, or repair aircraft structural coatings and finishes requiring ingenuity in developing new procedures or in deviating from standard practices to meet special requirements. Sets up robotic coating application equipment by loading programs, initializing robots and positioning parts/assemblies to be finished. Operates robotic coating application systems, recognizing problems and initiating corrective action as required. Sets up and operates the Laser Projection System, utilizing existing programs, for the purpose of creating sub-assembly material kits and projecting mask lines on parts. Sets up and operates manual application equipment to apply both special technology and traditional coatings when so assigned. Performs preliminary process preparations such as removing/reinstalling panels and assemblies, cleaning, and hand or machine surface finishing when so assigned. Mixes coatings to specified proportions, verifying physical properties of mix such as viscosity and temperature as required. Working to exacting tolerances, applies coatings to specified thicknesses and surface texture. When so assigned, may fill gaps, blend steps and mask layouts in accordance with sketches, blueprints or verbal instructions.
Tests and measures coating thicknesses both in process and when fully cured. Hand or machine finishes coated surfaces and details artifacts such as tapered edges. Develops overlays and performs first run bonding operations. Uses geometry to cut raw-stock materials prior to bonding operations. Applies films and decals. Sets up and operates micro-processor controlled coating chambers monitoring humidity, temperature and pressure to ensure proper application of special technology coatings. Works closely with authorized liaison personnel, to suggest or develop repair and/or maintenance procedures to be performed during routine maintenance operations or in the field, to assure maintainability of design requirements when coatings or finishes become damaged or worn during the life of the aircraft. When so assigned, assists other personnel during radar cross section testing to identify and resolve low-observable problems. May perform rework where coatings must be moved/reapplied. Cleans equipment as required.
Basic Qualifications:
Ability to set up and operate robotic coating application equipment; to work with exceptional detail and to exacting tolerances as typically required on special technology vehicle exteriors. Requires a thorough knowledge of surface finishing, coating and applique techniques associated with low-observable technology. Ability to use all necessary equipment to obtain the desired results. Ability to work interactively with a wide variety of other personnel to produce products with low-observable characteristics. Knowledge of shop mathematics including decimals, fractions and geometry.
A candidate is required to have the following minimum level of experience or training:
Completion of the one-year (or earlier as determined by performance) Special Technology Finisher/Coater Trainee, 381-3 Program.
OR
Two years of similar outside experience which would include the application, hand and/or machine finishing of aircraft components, parts and fine details such as contours and tapers.
NOTES:
1.The ability to perform basic computer skills will be required in order to operate computer controlled paint robots.
2.Must have documented evidence of ability to read and interpret complex assembly and installation blueprints.

Coater Technician II

Purpose and Scope:
The purpose of this document is to define the responsibilities of a coating technician as required to meet and support the needs of the Kahr Production. The coating technician is responsible for the manufacturing of preimpregnated (prepreg) material for use in self- lubricating bearings. Coating technician is also responsible for complying with quality systems procedures as stated in the process bulletins and specifications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times
Maintain total quality assurance.
Is able to carry out tasks with minimal supervision
Work with team to identify and drive productivity and performance improvement opportunities and contributes to the continuous development of the safety, health and environment requirements within the team's work area.
Operate within all and Health and Safety at work Regulations
Comply with all safety recommendations and requirements
Other tasks as directed by the Kahr operations supervisor.
Required Skills, Education and Experience:
Experience with handling chemical, shelf life of materials, scales, ovens, mechanical devices preferred.
Ability to read and decipher specifications, material safety data sheets.
Working knowledge of MS Office applications.
Must be able to read/comprehend, write, communicate orally and analyze data.
Experience with use of hand and other tools in the area employed.
Attention to detail a must.
Has completed in-house training with regards to equipment operation, production methods and job expectations.
Working knowledge of mechanics and electronics plus.
Be able to quickly comprehend industry-related technical terms.
Good human relations skills and the ability to work well with others - a team player.
Hazmat experience and training.
The coating technician is required to complete a supervised training program as well as read and understand any pertinent training or department procedural manuals
Attendance and punctuality at work are essential functions of this position

Coater Operator 'Tekra' - 2Nd Shift
Coater Operator – 2nd Shift
Responsible for the efficient operation of the coating machine and the quality of the products produced.
Responsibilities
Check quality and quantity of all raw materials being processed against work orders to assure the proper material is being run.
Set up and operate the coating machine according to O.C.S. Sheet and in cooperation with the Senior Coater Operator.
Mix chemicals use per ISO instructions.
Check all running conditions per set up sheet and report any discrepancy.
Fill out necessary paperwork for the job run and check for accuracy of materials used, Coatings, base stock, etc.
Perform minor maintenance or repairs to the coating machines.
Maintain white room/cleanroom conditions at all times within the Coating Production area by
Way of machine cleaning and general housekeeping, i.e. floor mopping, sweeping, tacky Mats, etc.
Stage raw stock or process material to their proper locations within the Coating Production area.
Check various inventories needed in daily operations and advise the supervisor if low and
Needed, i.e. gloves, blades, shop towels, etc.
Follow all safety procedures and be responsible for the safety of everyone working on the
Equipment or mixing room in the Coating Production area, including himself/herself.
Report all problems associated with the operation, equipment and materials being processed to the Shift Supervisor or the Senior Coater Operator.
Perform any and all duties as directed by the Shift Supervisor or the Senior Coater Operator.

Clip Licensing Coordinator, Corporate Legal
What part will you play?
Warner Bros. Theatrical Enterprises LLC seeks a Clip Licensing Coordinator for the WB Clip Licensing department. This position serves as right-hand person to vice president. Acts as liaison with accounting to make sure all licensing fees are received and/or refunded. Keeps office running smoothly in a professional manner.
Types correspondence for VP's review and signature, (letters responding to requests, which include our terms, conditions and fees).
Handles tremendous volume of incoming telephone calls (screens and provides specific information to clients, answers questions on behalf of VP).
Places calls to clients and company executives on behalf of VP.
Arranges executive calendar and schedule meetings.
Maintains active files.
Follows up with clients on outstanding projects, contracts and payments.
Place all orders for access to stills through company digital archive database.
Coordinates payment between photo lab and client.
Prepares & sends information for refunds to accounting.
Orders all office supplies, stationary and kitchen supplies.
Provides back-up support of paralegal duties when paralegal is absent.
Shopping cart maintainer in SAP for all invoices (office supplies, kitchen goods, cable, etc.).
Arrange equipment repairs.
Perform various other assistant duties requested.
What do we require from you?
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Previous entertainment/legal secretary experience required.
Must have excellent communication skills.
Must have great follow-through skills.
PC Skills:
Word, Excel, Microsoft Office, Internet, 10 Key or Calculator. Fax & Copy Machines.Knowledge of file set-up, maintenance and filing procedures.
Knowledge of basic math, excellent spelling, grammar and punctuation.
Knowledge of report, letter, etc. format.
Must be able to communicate effectively and tactfully with persons on all levels, in person and on the telephone.
Must be able to organize and schedule work effectively.
Must be able to take initiative.
Must be able to pay attention to details.
