Sulco Warehousing & Logistics, LLC is currently accepting applications for Fork Lift Operators for our warehouse/distribution operations.
This position is located in Springfield and Holyoke, MA. Rate of pay is commensurate with experience and the work schedule is:

The Forklift Operator is responsible for operating a forklift , roll clamp and bale clamp to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. The Operator is accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the vehicle and may also be required to perform orderfiller duties.
Job duties include:
Loading/Unloading/Put-Away: Unload inbound via trailer or railcar, Load outbound shipments safely and move product to storage locations. Efficiently stack and store merchandise in appropriate areas. Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage. Efficiently move product from staging and/or storage areas into trailers.
Equipment: Load, unload, move, stack, and stage product and materials using a forklift, bale clamp or roll clamp. Maintain the facility’s equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion. On a daily basis, inspect and perform minor maintenance on the forklift or other equipment. Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods.
Inventory: Keep appropriate records and reports to guarantee that tight inventory control and security are maintained.

Job Description Quad Graphics is seeking a Bale Room Operator for the Chalfont, PA location. The Bale Room Operator is responsible for the efficient flow of the recycling operations.
Segregate, shred and bale all waste paper and corrugated.
Saw, shred, and bale all security product.
Grade bales by type and load onto waste trucks.
Perform all necessary daily equipment checks and preventative maintenance.
Perform daily housekeeping of bale room and surrounding areas.
May Load, unload, or handle hazardous materials or wastes and prepare hazardous materials or wastes for transportation, including preparation of shipping papers.
Manage self development by seeking opportunities to improve skills and knowledge, participating in company sponsored training and development programs.
Actively participates in safety programs, follows safety policies and procedures and maintains a safe work environment.

Set up and operate cold header machines to fabricate parts from customer specifications (e. g. blueprints, drawings).
Inspect and measure parts to ensure blueprint specifications are met and maintained.
Document actions by completing production and quality logs as required.
Maintain continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area at all times.
Comply with all company processes, procedures, quality directives and safety procedures.
Must be aware of, and work to, established set-up and part per hour run times, and part quality requirements as established on work orders.
