Manufacturing Technician - Cloth Department
Job Title: Manufacturing Technician
Reports To: Assembly Supervisor
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
To assemble products in accordance with established manufacturing and safety standards by performing the following duties.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assembles assigned product parts in accordance with production guidelines in the filter cloth fabrication department.
- Uses various manufacturing tools included but not limited to: tape measure, stapler, hot knife, hammer, sewing machine on a daily basis to complete the product assembly
- Performs spot inspections of products to ensure adherence to approved quality standards.
- Notifies management of product discrepancies or equipment malfunctions.
- Loads, unloads and transfers merchandise to designated area in accordance with training procedures.
Secondary Duties and
- Stocks manufactured components in warehouse to include utilizing equipment and lifting and carrying merchandise to place in storage area.
- Inspects products for deficiencies or breakages prior to warehouse storage.
- Adheres to established company policies and procedures paying special attention to safety regulations. Follows safety procedures in accordance with approved training, and reports any dangerous conditions to Assembly Supervisor.
- Maintains the fabrication shop and surrounding area in a safe and orderly manner include moving pallets, sweeping and removing/disposing of debris.
- Wears personal protective equipment in accordance with training guidelines.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Record any picks and defects Use wedges to move roll from take-up to doff buggy. Transport roll of fabric to alley for pick-up by material handler. Perform all housekeeping duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Seeking a detailed person to work in a custom cabinet shop of an established company in a Sander position.
This position will consist of sanding and putting the different product (cabinets' doors, kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, front etc..) to ensure the product is smooth and properly prepared for the final phase.
Select and adjust the correct sanding tools for completing a job
Operate different sanding machines to get the product ready for the next step
Ensure products meet standard and project specifications, making adjustments as needed
Pay attention to detail in order to meet specifications and keep safe

Graduation from High School or GED
Strongly prefer woodworking, and cabinet making skills

Must be able to lift large bulky and heavy pieces of wood such as plywood and cabinetry

Wood Floor Installer And Sander
Little to no experience needed. Someone that has a driver's license and car is a must. Be able to use power tools and saws and be eager to learn.
Finish Sander / Spray Booth Assistant
Seeking a capable woodworking finisher who has at least 1 years experience working in a spray booth and is familiar with prepping surfaces for proper application of paints, stains, lacquers, urethane coatings and other finishing products. Experienced in sanding, staining and spraying clear coats and paint finishes on wood metal and other surfaces. The company is a leading provider of interior decor, lighting and millwork items used in restaurants, theme parks and other retail environments. Safety minded, occupationally skilled and a self-motivated, energetic person desired; attention to quality and attention to detail is of the utmost importance. Refinish Tech I - PP - Sander / Taper
Reporting to the Body Shop Supervisor or Manager, perform limited preparation work (tape, paper, clean, and remove and reinstall parts) to damaged vehicles prior to painting while maintaining high standards for efficiency and observing all safety requirements. Perform all additional duties assigned by the Body Shop Supervisor or Manager. Must know, practice, and ensure that company policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal laws are followed at all times.
Responsibilities and Duties: Provide prompt and courteous service to all persons with whom they come in contact.
Maintain a professional appearance and neat work environment consistent with company policy. Resolve any customer complaints in a friendly, courteous manner and advise management of all serious complaints or incidents. Provide limited vehicle preparation, tape, paper, clean, and remove and reinstall parts under direct supervision for painting in accordance with auction and professional standards.
Operate and be proficient with all tools required for the job. Maintain a constant and smooth flow of prepped vehicles for delivery to paint shop. Assist in overall general shop duties such as cleaning, driving, organizing vehicle parking and staging, etc.
Practice and promote teamwork at all times. Set a good personal example of attitude and performance. Inform the Body Shop Supervisor or Manager of all equipment breakdowns and maintenance immediately.
Ensure all shop area conditions are not a potential threat to employee or customer safety. Respond to and follow proper procedures on employee or customer accidents, injuries, and loss or damage to any property. Report all incidents to Body Shop Supervisor or Manager immediately per auction policy.
Educational Requirements and
High School Diploma or GED with previous experience in a paint and body environment preferred. Must be qualified to operate a motor vehicle and possess a valid driver's license.
