RMCAD is a small, premier art and design college with accreditations from HLC and NASAD, offering degrees in applied and fine arts. The Fashion Design program is delivered through On Campus platform in the context of 8 week terms.
Teaching and Instructional Activities: the practice and art of teaching, including evaluation by students, supervisor(s), and self. Faculty must also comply with all administrative and classroom management policies, procedures and instructional deadlines.
Facilitate meaningful learning of curriculum course, competencies and proactively support all facets of the learning environment

Clerk I - Clothing Clerk
Works under the direct supervision of the Social Worker. The Clothing Clerk is responsible for the upkeep of individuals' clothing for an assigned unit.
The Clothing Clerk is responsible for working harmoniously with each unit and other departments and for ensuring harmonious working relationships among himself/herself and unit staff, department staff, individuals served, and family members creating an environment that promotes dignity, respect, and caring attitudes. Essential Job Functions:

Ensures each item of personal clothing is appropriately marked with the consumer's name and home as evidenced by no documented incidents of failure to do so.
Ensures all in season clothing is accessible to the consumer unless other provisions have been made through the IDT and HRC as evidenced by no documented incidents of failure to do so.
Ensures clean, well maintained clothing is available for each consumer at the Developmental Center as evidenced by no documented incidents of failure to do so. Maintains a written clothing inventory for each consumer on assigned home as evidenced by the presence of a current clothing inventory for each person.
Follows the rules and standards pertaining to trust fund purchases, B-17 purchases, and any other business office transactions as evidenced by no documented incidents of failure to do so. Processes discharged or deceased consumer's belongings to ensure the person and/or his/her family's wishes are carried out. Gathers/packs all the belongings of consumers in a timely fashion and dispenses as the person and/or family wishes as evidenced by no documented incidents of failure to do so.
Assists in maintaining an attractive environment in order to promote a home like atmosphere. Assists consumers and group leaders to maintain clean, neat clothing wardrobes and lockers as evidenced by observation and no documented incidents of failure to do so. Keeps the clothing room clean and well organized as evidenced by observation and no documented incidents of failure to do so.
Assists with home decorations by completing B-17s, shopping and putting up decorations within the home as evidenced by observation and no documented incidents of failure to do so. Purchases, puts up and maintains attractive curtains in the consumer living areas as evidenced by observation and no documented incidents of failure to do so. Foundry Pattern Rigger
To complete foundry patterns and mounting of risers, gates and vents to produce a sound casting. Complete other tooling repairs and rigging. Work from instructions, orders, drawings and observations to make patterns from metal, wood and other materials.
Scope: Reports to the pattern shop supervisor and works closely with molding supervisor and production management personnel.
Primary Job duties:
Repair and rigging of new and existing production patterns and tooling.
Ensure that new jobs are completed to facilitate sample due dates.

To prepare patterns for assembly and to prepare soluble cores for pattern molding; wax welds multiple components using fixtures to maintain dimensional conformity; repairs wax patterns and soluble cores in accordance with quality standards.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Objective: to assemble pattern components and/or make dimensional alterations to patterns.
A. Reads techcards and engineering instructions.
B. Assembles wax components into visually and dimensionally acceptable patterns; may use specialized fixturing.
C. Modifies patterns or soluble cores using various hand tools and wax materials.
D. Inspects modifications with special gauges and other measuring devises.
E. Occasionally inserts ceramic cores in wax patterns and maintains dimensional integrity (TBO only).
Objective: to fix broken or damaged patterns and soluble cores and restore to dimensionally acceptable condition.
A. Replaces broken features by wax welding fragments or by using other wax supplies to reconstruct missing areas.
B. Fills voids and reforms damaged contours by attaching and shaping stock wax.
Objective: to work patterns and soluable core surfaces to meet visual inspection criteria.
A. Removes flash, mismatch and other surface positives using a variety of hand tools and materials.
B. Fills or patches negatives using paint wax, melted stock wax, hot pencils and other tools and materials.
C. Completes dimensional integrity restoration and plugging of holes per techcards.
D. Inspects work for compliance with quality standards.
