• Writing equipment and tool transfers • Maintaining equipment and tool inventory • Video inspection of equipment and file transfer to server/drive • Sending tools to repair/service shops and maintaining repair log • Operating a rubber tire reach forklift • Delivering materials/tools to/from projects and vendors in company pickup truck • Some manual labor loading and unloading materials • General housekeeping/maintenance of the Yard facilities • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening, physical examination and background check.

Manage day to day activities of Yard employees; perform various administrative duties in support of this function.
• Provide hands-on supervision of employee work assignments to ensure maximum, quality productivity

Candidates will be responsible directing and coordinating activities of yard workers engaged in loading and unloading materials. Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Directs work in loading and unloading materials and in the use and care of machines and equipment.
Completes all yard paperwork and documentation of incoming and outgoing material in a timely manner.
Coordinates and inspects specified quantity and quality of shipments coming and going from the yard.
Responsible for loading and unloading customer and company vehicles.
Counts and reconciles incoming and outgoing materials.
Assists all customers in a courteous and friendly manner.
Requires 1 to 3 years related yard or distribution center experience plus 1 year of lead experience preferred.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Must be able to do heavy lifting.
Forklift experience required.
Must have basic reading, writing and mathematical skills.
