Duties and Requirements:
Monitor residents during smoking hours (in the facility smoking room).
Chart and keep track of cigarette count for each resident.
Clean cigarette cart.

Prep, Coater AM
Visionworks currently has an opening for a friendly, team and goal oriented individual to join our Manufacturing team as a Coater Prep . The Coater Prep prepares and maintains area for prep coating, ensures that lenses are separated from alloy using De-Blocking tool and removing protective tape from lens. Additionally this associate will wash lens in soapy water, place lens under air-dryer, visually inspect lenses for defects and perform general daily and weekly maintenance.
Prioritize tray processing as dictated by tray color.
Properly separate lens from alloy using De-Blocking tool and remove protective tape from lens.
Place lens/work order in designated tray slot.
Prioritize tray processing as dictated by tray color.
Wash lens in soapy water using lint free cloth.
Place lens under air-dryer to remove soapy water.

Screen Coater - 1St Shift - 5:30 Am To 2:00 Pm
The Coater is responsible for applying the necessary emulsion coatings to all screens in accordance with GSP and industry standards. The Coater is required to maintain an adequate number of coated screens in each frame size to meet the coated screen inventory requirement. The Coater is also responsible for maintaining tension standards set on all screens. Responsibilities include mixing emulsion, checking tension and re-tensioning screens, and verifying stencil thickness and RZ value according to GSP standards prior to releasing a screen for exposure. The Coater is responsible for the cleanliness of the coating room and proper daily use and maintenance of the equipment required to coat screens. The Coater will all assist with training and coaching of others as required.
Check all screens for quality and tension before coating
Fill out quality tag on all screens coated
Coat all screens for the burn room in accordance with GSP and industry specifications
Put all coated screens in the proper racks
Maintain a consistent inventory of coated screens in all frame sizes according to levels established
Mix and strain emulsion for coating according to GSP standards
Restock all supplies used in the coating room prior to the end of each shift
Communicate technical issues or problems to the SMR Shit Team Leader and or the Screen Print Production Supervisor
Maintain cleanliness in the coating area
Complete daily & weekly paperwork as required
Assist in other areas of SMR as required
Work well a team environment to ensure productivity and quality
Must have a high standard for quality assurance.

Job Description: :
Have the ability to prepare aircraft surfaces, mask, spray prime and apply finish coatings to exterior surfaces. Prepare and apply material for aerodynamic smoothing and flushness. Able to accurately cut materials to specific dimensions and bond to specified surfaces within exact tolerances.
Must be able to interpret blueprints, process specifications, knowledge of basic shop mathematics and follow complex application procedures. Mask complex configurations.
Set up and operate various types of spray guns and other painting equipment. Have the technique to apply prime and finishing materials to correct thicknesses and use proper measuring inspection equipment to verify. Mix material including primers, top coats, sealants and fillers to correct ratios. Make patterns, cut and bond materials to contoured surfaces.
Experience interpret blueprints.
Experience with various types of spray guns and other painting equipment. Experience with Sanding and Masking complex configurations.
ITAR briefing required - must be US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
Low Observable Aircraft Structural Maintenance experience to include;
Evaluate, install, remove and repair low observable coatings.
Repair, modify and fabricate aircraft, metal, plastic, composite, advanced composite, LO and bonded structural parts and components.
Assemble and repair using special fasteners and adhesives
Ability to prep, apply coatings and bond materials to metal or composite parts. Robotic experience is a plus.

SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Places coating wheel into coating pot and secures coating wheel.
Places pot onto coater.
Hooks up air line into syringe and bleeds any air out of the syringe. Inserts syringe into coating pot and makes adjustments so coating will spread evenly onto coating wheel.
Receives trimmed reels from laser operation. Loads reels onto de-reeling arm.
Make sure the strip is correctly aligned. Pushes drive button to activate the coater.
Adjust coating wheel height so coating material transfers from wheel to strip. Once leading edge of strip appears at the end of the oven, change drive motors and guide strip around take-up reel.
Continually monitor and inspect coated resistors in process to insure conformance to specification.
Cleans machines as necessary.
Participates in continuous improvement activities
