Function Specific Activities:
Finance Business partner for CCNA Tea and Coffee ("T/C") business. Key member of the T/C leadership team leading all financial matters around T/C portfolio but most importantly acting as the key business partner to the category leads to drive the growth of the brands with strong financial and commercial insights, thought leadership and ownership around delivering agreed results. This will involve proactive decision support, commercial analysis, innovation and post launch analysis, joint management of Business Plan/Rolling Estimate and actual performance, and long-term strategy of the T/C business. In addition the role is responsible for the financial internal controls managed locally.
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities (Top 5-8 core responsibilities)
- Business partner – Earned business partner to proactively support the T/C leadership to drive growth with innovative thinking, actionable insights based on the best available information. Curiosity to come up with new ideas to drive thought leadership within the cross functional team.
- .Commercial Leadership and Analysis
- Strategic and tactical support for analysis of current products or innovations in order to lead revenue/profit growth with detailed understanding of value chain, supply chain and being a strong business partner to the category leads.
- Annual and Strategic Planning
- Gathering and testing inputs and assumptions, analytical review of draft plans, long- term strategies and pro forma P&L's, collaborate with T/C Business Leadership Team.
Monthly Rolling Estimate and monthly actuals- Information sharing, forward assumption testing, financial projections, variance analysis, action plans, Review financial results for reasonableness against the business, analyze and communicate results to key T/C constituents and North America Brands Leadership. Ensure contracts with customers and bottlers are administered in compliance with the established terms of the agreement.
Financial Policy and Control Oversight
- Monitor the internal control environment and close gaps. Develop and promote accuracy and consistency of data used for decision making, reporting and communications.

Bachelor's Degree Required
Related Work Experience: 10+ years of work experience in commercial finance background
Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. This includes the ability to apply these principles and determine compliance with the principles.
Business Planning / Rolling Estimate Process.
