Summary of Position
This position is responsible for the operations of a flexographic printing press Rewinder. The incumbent of this position will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with a high attention to detail. The incumbent will set up and operate a high-speed flexographic printing press Rewinder, ensuring visual inspection of final product to ensure conformance with quality standards and production goals.

Coil Tubing Helper / Operator
Warrior Energy Services is looking for a Coiled Tubing Helper / Operator. The applicant must have a high school diploma or GED. Must be able to perform heavy physical labor, work many hours out in the elements during rain, snow, wind, extreme heat and cold. Physically fit, 21 years of age, possess valid CDL, able to be away from home for multiple days at a time. Speak and write in English, capable of understanding and passing testing regarding safety requirements in the field. Basic math skills. Pass physical exam, drug test, criminal and MVR check. Know and conform to DOT regulations. Twelve (12) months experience on a CT Crew preferred.
Essential Functions of the Job:
Present self at appointed time and place ready and able to perform work as instructed by competent authority.
Follow instructions for spotting equipment on location.
Complete Treatment Reports.
Perform pre/post job equipment inspections. Specifically, perform pre-trip vehicular inspections.
Complete DOT logs as required by regulation and training.
Keep workspaces (including vehicles) clean and free of safety hazards at all times. Observe all safety rules at all times. Knows how to use and always utilizes Personal Protective Equipment.
Assist in rig-ups/rig-downs as well as operation of all equipment during a job. Assist with maintenance of equipment, replenishment of stores and general housekeeping while in the shop. Perform scheduled maintenance on assigned equipment.
Takes instruction on how to operate tools and equipment utilized on the job and in the shop. Specifically learn to independently (without constant supervision) operate and maintain fluid pumps and nitrogen equipment.
Communicates effectively with co-workers, supervisors and customers.
Other duties as assigned by competent leadership.
Rewind Operator / Quality Inspection
When advised the line is ready, ascertain that the crew is standing clear. Then using operation console, start up entire line and bring to line speed.
During line run, controls speed and maintain strip tension. Cuts strips to obtain coil of specified size. Remove coil from rewind mandrel to coil carrier.
Observes strip cooling tank, adds solution as specified. Maintains check of coating and coverage. Works in close cooperation with the production mechanic of Coil Coating Line.
Shear specified sections for quality control checks. Discards strips with splices or welds.
Responsible for exit end of coil coating line and threading of strip onto rewind mandrel. Make non-mechanical running adjustments, such as those necessary to center strip, change tensions. Report any malfunctions to production mechanic and/or department supervisors.
Perform all necessary quality checks as required. Advise production mechanic or shift supervisor if test reveal quality defect.
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Must able and willing to work 12 hour shifts, nights, and weekends. Must be able to pass all pre-employment tests

Robotic Weld Machine Operator - 2Nd Shift
Eaton is seeking a Robotic Weld Machine Operator to join ourteam on 2nd shift, starting at $19.40/hour, depending onexperience. The position is based atour Waukesha (Badger Drive), WI facility.
The operator is responsible for the set up and operation of thefin folder, spot welder, and seam welder machines as well as inspection andrepair of the final product. Operator works from daily release sheet,production orders, blueprints and special instructions from supervisor or teamleader. Operator is responsible for setting up the fin folder machinetooling and replacing consumables such as weld wire, nozzles, and spot weldertips. Must be able to read blueprints and use various measuring devices(tape measure, square, etc.) and be capable of working with a minimal amount ofsupervision. The operator will perform repairs on 16ga mild and stainless steelusing either a TIG welder or a Cold Metal Transfer (CMT) welder depending onthe application.

Summary: Under direct supervision, will learn andperform tasks including but not limited to assisting in setting up tools, dies,and equipment for production of material as specified by work orders,blueprints and diagrams. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Machine parts which have multiple features.
- Operate a variety of machine types or multiple non-complex machines at a time.
- Maintain an existing process which would include but not limited to: offset machine tools, change tooling as required, load material.
- Monitor machine performance to ensure that product quality and specifications are achieved.
- Inspect completed work independently using advanced measurement / inspection tools.
