As a Coin Machine Room Operator, you'll support coin processing operations in one of our branch locations. You'll work with high degrees of professionalism and precision to ensure machines operate properly and assets are kept orderly.
Your Role as a Coin Machine Room Operator
In branch locations around the world, we're doing critical work that keeps modern commerce moving. We verify bank deposits, prepare shipments for local businesses and connect money from one place to the next. Members of our Coin Room team drive the production of our facilities, ensuring machines are operational and accuracy is maintained.
Additional responsibilities include:
Monitor all aspects of production, detecting and resolving malfunctions with necessary procedures to ensure maximum quality and efficiency
Monitor levels of coin bin at all times to maintain constant coin supply during production
Complete preventative maintenance requirements and properly troubleshoot malfunctions
Enter all verification activity into logs as processed
All other essential job functions

Located near O'Hare, we have an immediate opening for an experienced Electrical Assembler / Machine Wirer. Specific responsibilities include:
Read, interpret and understand schematics including component and symbol recognition.
Utilizing schematic, plan electrical assembly and wiring sequence.
Follow electrical schematic for build and wiring. Builds and wiring may include electrical junction boxes, line connections, stop buttons, push buttons, safety switches, outlets, electrical motors, variable frequency drives, plc's, electrical sub-assemblies, and other electrical units.
Build and wire electrical control boxes and panels.
Wire complete machines and systems.
Properly utilize a variety of hand tools for assembly and wiring.
Travel to customer locations for installation as required.
Communicate potential problems to Lead / Manager.
Ensure assembly tasks are completed within budget and on-time per schedule.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment. Comply with all quality, safety and work rules and regulations.
Understand and maintain both quality and quantity standards and expectations.
Continually seek to improve work processes and individual performance.
POSITION SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES:
Ability to read schematics and wire to schematic specifications.
Ability to build/wire form schematics
Knowledge and understanding of applicable electrical codes, NFPA-79 and UL 508A
Minimum 2 years' related experience preferred
Strong communication skills. Must understand direction and respond verbally as required.

Completes the machine build by assembling components and sub-assemblies.
Assembles sub-components of machines
Completes sub-assemblies on machines
Inspects, cleans, and assembles parts and equipment to ensure customer's specifications are met.

Attendant Coin Room H(Pad)
Collect, sort, count, verify, and wrap coins, cash, and gaming chips. Maintain accurate records in accordance with applicable regulations, policies, and procedures.
Sort, count and wrap coins using various machines.
Maneuver and transport coin bags (weighing 26 lbs) from the countertop of casino cages.
Maneuver coin cans from a table, load onto a cart for transport and relocate to a cabinet (maximum of 26 lbs).
Push or pull transport cart (full = 3,500 lbs; empty = 200 lbs).
Carry coin buckets (full = 100 lbs; empty = 2 lbs).
Drive an electric cart.
Remove, seal and weigh bags of counted coins.
Sort coins by denomination, using coin separating machine. Remove counterfeit and mutilated coins, separate foreign chips.
Retrieve coin buckets from slot machines.
Communicate with technicians, property personnel and customers.
Perform all functions in accordance with Company policy, Gaming Regulations and Procedures
Housekeeping: Responsible to maintain the cleanliness and safety of the property; paying particular attention to his/her cost area on a daily basis.

To provide numismatic and bullion coin sourcing and purchasing as needed to meet organizational sales and marketing goals. Responsible for establishing and maintaining key vendor/mint relationships in order to secure exclusive and proprietary offers on newly-issued and secondary market coins.
Generate and maintain purchase orders and communicate with suppliers to manage incoming shipments to avoid backorder and ensure high customer service levels are maintained. Provide new product/program concepts in response to marketing needs for web, catalog, financial newsletter, and outbound channels. Closely partner with these marketing channels to understand their specific product and price point needs, and leverage your supplier relationships and negotiation skills to secure the best possible product to meet those needs at the best possible margins.
1.Responsible to ensure the confidentiality and full complete safeguarding the company's trade secrets and any of our business clients customer lists and related records.
