Assurance of Safety and Quality standards.
Perform all job duties in a safe manner applying basic safety principles learned during the new hire orientation, review of job safety analysis for the job held, and monthly safety meetings.
Apply and understand the Mill quality policy as it relates to job assigned.
Put coil on mandrel.
Align coil ID with Mandrel.
Check gauges stings.
Line up edge guide.
Wear PPE, and secure both ends of banding.
Put coil tail on bottom from thread table.
Use only one person to thread mill and watch for pinch points and moving objects.
Putting sheet into mandrel with belt wrapper.
Taping/Banding Pup coils.
Minimum education of either High School Diploma or GED. Two to three years work experience in heavy industrial setting.

Maintenance Supervisor, Cold Mill

Our Rolled Products North America (RPNA) division is seeking to add a talented Maintenance Supervisor. The purpose is to analyze, recommend improvements, efficiently organize and manage the direction of maintenance area work teams and processes for the achievement of both short-term and long-term objectives in safety and compliance, equipment reliability, product quality and cost reduction. Responsibilities Include Manage assigned department to cost effectively supply services to sustain the quality and throughput requirements of the plant.
Provide effective leadership for maintenance employees under direct supervision in meeting departmental goals. Operate safely and within all applicable laws, regulations and company policy. Implement and monitor safety programs and performance.
Implement and monitor proactive maintenance work methods. Control and reduce operating costs for assigned cost centers. Develop a skilled team through training, performance measurement and feedback.
Study and standardize procedures to continuously improve the efficient use of financial and human resources in the performance of duties. Develop and initiate yearly departmental operation plans. Maintain a climate of consistency, trust and employee involvement.
Provide effective communication link with all individuals and work groups across the department. Create and maintain work schedules to expedite work flow. Maintain the shops and associated equipment, to ensure continued operation of the plant.
Plan and task work for the continuous (7 x 24) operation of the department. Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Associate'sDegree plus at least five (5) years of industrial maintenance experience preferred. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, planning and organizing, time management and effective oral and written communication skills.
Experience in a union environment preferred. Ability to engage, develop, and lead work groups to reach their maximum potential in achieving both short-term and long-term desired outcomes of the department. Ability to create a cooperative, safe, and productive work environment that seeks input from each worker.
Ability to interpret and diagnose problems, accumulate significant data, seek contributions, sort data, and initiate actions to prevent or overcome problems. Ability to readily observe and define processes to generate ideas for improvements, to develop operating plans, and to operate to maximum efficiency and effectiveness. CNC Mill Operator (Computerized Numerical Control Mill Operator)
2nd and 3rd shift positions available
Operate 4 and 5 axis mill
Perform in-process visual and dimensional inspection using calipers, micrometers, digital height gages, and other inspection equipment

- Performs startup, defrost and shut-down of the IQF freezer.
- Works as directed by the IQF Supervisor, setting up and breaking down the production line, adding and testing chemicals, bring out product from the cooler, filling out production paperwork, cleaning equipment, weighing and dumping mushrooms and monitoring how the entire process is functioning.
Education and Training: None, High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
2 Years in production work and familiarity with the IQF production equipment.
Essential Skills and Abilities:

Working knowledge of Cold Storage production equipment is a plus

Requirements of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Set-up and operate Mazak Mazatrol Vertical Machining Center.
- Must be able to program on Mazatrol control and prove out first pieces.
- Must be able to interpret and implement blueprint specifications.
- Must have experience on CNC machines and be familiar with GD&T.
- Selecting, inspecting and setting up tools to ensure quality production.
- Inspecting and dimensionally checking production to ensure manufacturing requirements are met.
- Utilizing properly calibrated measuring instruments to perform in-process inspection.
- Performing routine operator maintenance and operational checks on tools and equipment.
- Maintaining work area, tools and equipment in a neat and orderly fashion.
- Candidate should have a minimum of 3-5 years experience.
This is not a production position; we machine many part numbers in low volumes (1-5 pieces).

CNC Mill Operator
The acceptable candidate shall be capable of set-up, operation of horizontal and vertical CNC milling equipment with minimal assistance. Ability to program, edit and modify programs as needed. Familiarity with Fanuc controls, lean manufacturing and continuous improvement techniques beneficial. Overtime generally required. Inspection of work utilizing certified operator program. Able to bend, stoop, stand, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.

- Operate, and maintain operations on one or more CNC controlled machines according to WSP production standards.
