0.1 Roll Clamp Drivers unload, store, and take paper rollstock to and from the corrugator. Roll Clamp Drivers also maintain clean and well-organized storage areas.
0.2 Roll Clamp Drivers report to corrugator supervisors.
1.0 Roll Clamp Driver duties/responsibilities include:
1.1 - following all safety rules and procedures;
1.2 - unloading and storing rollstock from rail cars and/or trucks;
1.3 - identifying unloaded rolls with tags and writing;
1.4 - checking corrugator schedules, and obtaining and delivering the appropriate rollstock to the various corrugator wet end positions;
1.5 - returning down (butt) and/or unused rolls from the corrugator wet end to the rollstock warehouse;
1.6 - keeping track of rollstock tallies and tickets;
1.7 - completing accurate records for rollstock used and unloaded;
1.8 - helping wet end corrugator crews;
1.9 - helping on other parts of the corrugator when the machine is down;
1.10 - maintaining clean and organized work areas; and
1.11 - performing other duties as assigned by supervision.
2.0 The qualifications for Roll Clamp Drivers are the ability to meet the requirements of the job with or without accommodation; the certified ability to safely operate a fork lift truck and clamp truck; the ability to read, write, and speak English; the ability to accurately read a measuring tape and ruler; the ability to use basic shop math; the ability to learn; and the ability to follow instructions, ask questions, and work effectively as a member of a team.

Responsible for picking up and transporting waste safely according to the rules and regulations established by DOT & OSHA.
Plans daily schedule based on customers' needs by reviewing daily manifest provided by Transportation Supervisor or Dispatcher.
Picks up specified waste from each customer site scheduled for the day. Ensures that customers have packaged and prepared the waste according to all Federal, State and Local rules and regulations before transporting.
Provides highest level of customer service to assigned accounts on a daily basis communicating any issues to Transportation Supervisor and/or Dispatcher for resolution.
Ensures waste, supplies and material handling equipment is secured prior to operating vehicle on public highways.
Ensures that assigned paperwork is completed legibly, neatly, accurately, and completely and returned to Dispatcher for processing.
Communicates with Stericycle Transportation Supervisor and/or Dispatcher regarding any change to route pickups, including address changes, customer not having waste ready for pickup, etc. Reports any problems/issues with accounts to Transportation Supervisor and/or Dispatcher before the close of business each day.
- Performs pre-trip and post-trip maintenance on assigned truck prior to leaving or closing for the day. Reports any maintenance problems to Transportation/Dispatcher for follow-up.
High School diploma or GED equivalent required
Three or more years of Roll off driving experience
Maintains current Commercial Driver's License (CDL), with an excellent driving record.
Demonstrates ability to read a map.

The Tractor Trailer Driver reports to the Facilities & Operations Supervisor, Dispatcher or the Terminal Operations Supervisor. The Tractor Trailer Driver is responsible for driving a tractor trailer combination or truck with a capacity of at least 26,000 GVW to transport and deliver equipment and material to supplier, customer, storage, or processing locations while ensuring that all of his/her efforts are compliant with the company Health, Safety, and Environmental standards and all applicable DOT regulations. Operational Performance & Best Business Practices
Move freight and materials to and from production areas, loading docks, delivery vehicles, ships, and containers by hand or using trucks, tractors, and other equipment.
Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions, following signals from loading crew, checking that vehicle and loading equipment are properly positioned.
Secure material for transport using ropes, blocks, chains, or covers.
Receive instructions from dispatch and proceed to location for delivery or receipt of material.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of assigned vehicles to ensure that mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment is in good working order.
Maintain all logs of working hours, vehicle service, and repair status, adhering to state and federal regulations.
Obtain receipts or signatures for delivered materials, and check all documentation to ensure it is complete and accurate.
Provide backup or assistance throughout the yard as needed or assigned.
Equipment & Maintenance
Carry needed tools and supplies from storage or trucks, and return them after use.
Report all vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations, or damages to the appropriate supervisor.
Internal Control Responsibilities:
Supports the Company's Internal Control process which includes understanding, communicating, and complying with defined internal controls as well as suggesting and making modifications to the policies, procedures, and controls to better relate to the business. Communicates upward problems in operations, noncompliance with the code of conduct, or other policy violations or illegal actions.
Direct contact with Facilities & Operations Supervisor, Dispatcher, or Terminal Operations Supervisor, and operations production employees. Face-to-face and radio communication required daily.
This position is regularly exposed to all weather conditions. Physical hazards such as noise, fumes, and dirt are present due to the equipment, machinery, and scrap as would be found throughout the scrap yard. Safety shoes, hearing protection, respirators, face shields, and additional personal protective equipment as needed, must be worn to eliminate the risks associated with these hazards. Travel is not required for this position.
Handling multiple issues regarding safety and maintenance increases pressure. Work load may be unpredictable and pressure can be substantial during peak times. Critical deadlines require considerable adaptability. Disturbances of work flow and/or irregularities in work schedule are expected and occur on an intermittent basis. Extra hours may be required, sometimes on weekends, weekdays, and holidays.

3-5 years of driving experience and a valid CDL Class A license required.
Long-haul/over-the-road experience desired, but not required.

Ensures that press is properly supplied with roll stock and prepares rolls for splicing. Maintains appropriate paperwork or records. May assist with pre-make-readies and make-readies.
Prepares the press for a run by verifying job specs and setting up the press accordingly.
Inspects the fountain solution, inking systems, rolls of paper and the mechanisms related to the reels.
Maintains proper inventory of paper. Records usage and spoilage on Cypro report.
Ensures that the roll of paper is properly unwrapped, mounted and ready to be spliced.
Monitors the flow of paper throughout the run. Prepares and installs new roll when necessary.
Washes blankets, helps with roller and fountain wash-up and cleans wash-up trays.
Works in conjunction with the press operators and other assigned Press Assistants in the preventative maintenance of the presses. Assists maintenance personnel in troubleshooting and making repairs to press.
May assist with make-readies.
Adheres to and promotes all safety policies and procedures including, but not limited to the proper handling of hazardous waste, lock out - tag out rules and hearing and eye protection policies.
Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned.
- It is the responsibility of all press department employees to follow the requirements of their documented process as defined in the ISO Quality Manual.
Previous experience in a printing environment required, including previous experience as a rolltender. Some experience in the operation of various hand tools preferred. Must be able to work in a team environment.
Requires ability to lift and handle materials of 50+ lbs, while pushing, pulling, lifting and twisting on a regular basis; with or without an accommodation.
Requires ability to read and make mathematical computations and to visually inspect printed material as it comes off the press.

A Roll Off Truck Driver Class A CDL is responsible for safely operating a heavy commercial truck, a tractor trailer or a straight truck with a pup trailer to provide prompt and courteous delivery and removal of large containers. The Z-Mill Roll Grinder Operator is responsible for all operating functions of the roll grinding unit listed below. Operation of the Roll Grinding equipment must be understood fully with a focus on utilizing the equipment to achieve productivity and quality goals as outlined in our quality syste
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Coordinate with Z-Mill roller and create schedule of needed rolls based on width and gauge of material scheduled to run through Z-Mill.
Place rolls on staging tables and set up grinders.
Per work instructions, grind the Z-Mill rolls; work, first intermediate, drive, idles, and backing bearings.
Grind slitter knives and CTL / APH leveler rolls per work instructions.
SUPPLEMENTAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Disassemble/ reassemble backing bearing shafts as per work instructions.
Move rolls to and from storage.
Change out grinding stones.
Clean out emulsion system.
Enter production information into the AS-400 system.
Inspect new rolls.
Coordinate with mill operators and plan roll combinations for the mill.
Coordinate roll movements with the crane operator.
Maintain proper housekeeping throughout the entire work area.
