The employee in this classification shall report to the Controller. The responsibilities are (Accountant) professional in function.
The employee is part of the Accounting Department and shall be responsible for assisting the Controller in the daily activities of the department. The employee will participate in all aspects of accounting for the GL function, AR function, AP function and other as assigned duties. The employee will directly supervise the revenue functions of the organization.
The employee will directly supervise the Grants Manager, AR Coordinator and the General Accounting Coordinator. The employee will be responsible for the invoicing and reporting of all revenue.
The employee in this position must have a Bachelors degree in Accounting and five years of experience and supervisory experience required. Must posses exceptional verbal and written communication, interpersonal and organization skills.
Working knowledge of personal computers, MS Office and accounting software. Knowledge of GAAP, principles of financial administration, including budgeting and reporting. Ability to prepare a variety of financial statements and reports and to perform financial analyses. Knowledge of Great Plains and Ultimate Software is preferred, but not required.

General Accounting Coordinator

The employee in this classification shall report to the Assistant Controller. The employee is a part of the Accounting Department.
The responsibilities are clerical in function and include, but are not limited to the collection of outstanding receivables, weekly deposits, cash application, credit memo creation and application, billing. The position also includes providing general support to the Accounting department. This includes, but is not limited to filing, entering journal entries, supporting the annual audit and other duties as assigned.
The Employee in this position must have a high school diploma or equivalent degree, and have at least 3 years experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role. Experience in billing and accounts receivable is preferred.

Full-Time Loss Prevention Officer
Conducts surveillance and apprehension of external theft suspects in compliance with Kohl's Ethical Standards and Apprehension Guidelines. Monitors customer and associate activity in the store to prevent potential theft of Kohl's assets. Assists in monitoring store compliance with Kohl's policies and procedures on theft deterrence, safety and operational controls. Implements and promotes store awareness programs addressing theft, safety and operational controls.
INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL THEFT DETERRENCE AND AWARENESS
Monitors customer and associate activities in the store for potential theft of Kohl's assets. Takes appropriate action to prevent theft; apprehends individuals engaged in theft activity when prevention is not effective
