Roving Maintenance Technician [San Diego]
The Small Properties Roving Maintenance Technician plays a very important role in the organization by providing excellent resident services in addition to performing various maintenance duties necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the community. Supports and aids the Community Manager in all phases of the overall physical maintenance of an income producing property.
This includes but is not limited to; the general maintenance of the property, expense control, and adherence to preventive maintenance programs and required state and federal safety programs.
This position requires exercising independent judgment, executing and developing solutions to problems, and diplomatically implementing decisions made by management. Day-to-day responsibilities of the Small Properties Roving Maintenance Technician will vary depending on the needs of the direct supervisor. Representative must have reliable transportation.
This is a Full-Time position. This position offers an hourly wage of $15.00 - $20.00 per hour, based on experience. Hours to be Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm, on call duty every 3 weeks. While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in outside weather conditions. The employee frequently must climb, step on standard ladders while fixing external light fixtures and other high areas. The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The employee must occasionally wear a protective mask, gloves and goggles while cleaning.

Special Education LPN Assistant (6 Hours Per Day) - Roving Location
LPN Assistant/Teaching Assistant to manage the educational health needs of a student. Must hold a valid nursing license, as well as a paraprofessional license in Illinois.
Must be willing and able to ride the school bus with the student to school and home. This is a roving position to fill the medical needs of students across the MPSED districts. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is needed.
Minimum of 6 hours, but may work longer days based on the needs of a student. Mileage is provided between school locations.
Base location will be Harris Elementary School.
