SUMMARY OF POSITION:
This position is responsible for the operation and maintenance of all color matching and mixing equipment. The incumbent conducts draw-downs and prepares and blends customer orders to meet their specifications, while maintaining detailed records of their work orders and formulas.
Prepare customer orders, including blending initial batch, making shade adjustments, filling and labeling batches.
Make shade and gloss adjustments to meet customer requirements.
Use Phoenix System including generating COA's and QA sheets.
Prepare spray-out and draw-down test panels.
Expense miss-tints daily.
Establish and maintain accurate customer work order files and formulas.
Ensure customers' quality and service expectations are met.
Clean and repair store equipment
Identify facility/equipment problems and make recommendations.
Operate all material handling, tinting, mixing and testing equipment in a safe manner.
Properly store all partial containers to correct inventory location.
Provide input regarding inventory levels in the warehouse/stockroom.
Identify potential obsolete/damaged material and handle per established policy/procedures.
Maintain daily clean up of lab, product service room and equipment.
Maintain facility to S-W standards through proper maintenance, repair and housekeeping.
Follow designated loss prevention, security and safety practices according to policy and correct or report non-compliance of appropriate procedures/policies.
Take immediate action to contain spillage using hazardous material containment procedures as outlined in the Work Safe Manual, including proper and timely reporting.
Assist with general warehouse, delivery and customer service duties as needed, including loading and unloading of material and waiting on customers.
Know stock limits and be familiar with stock order procedure.
Assist with physical inventory
Help manage PSR expenses as required.

Roving Utility Technician - Utqiagvik, AK
This position will be part of a project with the objective of operating and maintaining the North Slope Borough’s (NSB) water and sewer utility systems in all seven villages in the Borough. The Roving Utility Technician will complete preventative maintenance as well as emergency repairs to the utility systems in all villages. The position is rotational, with opportunities to modify the work schedule if beneficial to the employee and the work. Preference will be given to North Slope Borough residents.
The Roving Utility Technician will report directly to the Field Operations Lead. When the Field Operations Lead is unavailable, the Technician will report to the Project Manager. The Technician will be based in one of the NSB communities, and will be sent to specific communities to complete work as directed by the Field Operations Lead. The Technician will need to work in cooperation with the local utility operators to perform work while on site.
At a minimum, this work will include repairs, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting for:
Low voltage control and power systems
Sewage drain plumbing systems
Pressurized water plumbing systems
Vacuum waste collection systems
Arctic service connections
Water and sewer mains
The successful applicant will need to accomplish work in arctic conditions and maintain timely and complete reporting on work status to the rest of the team.

Previous retail industry/guest services experience is desirable (preferably within beauty)
All applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment
Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is desirable
Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview
