As a Color Expert, you will be responsible for the principal mission of the creation of a transversal Color Expertise in US:
Develop the strategy for Color in the US aligned with local (Development lab including Multi Culture Beauty lab and Fast Beauty) and global objectives.
Lead the co-creation of new color trends for makeup in collaboration with all relevant partners (DMI, Trend Agencies, Color Community, Fast Beauty Innovation)
Lead the creation of the best performing and most relevant color ranges for all launched products based upon the analysis and understanding of the US market.
Understand our main competitor's strategy in Color. Synthesize the competitive landscape surrounding all categories and identify areas of opportunity.
Analyze the shade offer of Maybelline and other US lead brands in order to be able to propose ideal shade ranges in collaboration with the Makeup category labs.
Collaborate actively in the trend detection process (scouting of the emerging trends - fashion, opinion leaders, professional cosmetics exhibitions, & the web, blogs, Instagram, etc). Participate in the collaboration with trends agencies (BeautyStream). Follow and listen to our brands (from NY or LA) for creative inspiration and concept development.
Contribution to the fast beauty innovation for shades innovations
Innovate by bringing new colors and effects performances in collaboration with our raw material suppliers and the DIMP team by finding the adapted base to support them and/or by identifying new RMs. Participate in upstream collaborations with vendors. Attend supplier / DIMP presentations and identify raw materials and technologies suitable for product development.
o Monitor and ensure the quality of all new products in terms of stability, compatibility, micro, safety, and regulatory requirements. Perform all relevant formula related testing.
o Have an awareness of the OD formula portfolio and vendor innovations. Be able to position and map them with a color and finish entry vs our own portfolio.
o Collaborate strongly with category labs: work side by side in the creation process, taking advantage of their knowhow and expertise.
You must have……
A strong technical color expertise with the ability to distinguish and recognize differences in shade - Must be able to pass the Munsell test.
5 + years experience in the cosmetics industry, specifically in formulation of color products. Colorist experience. Preference for someone with a hybrid R&D/Product Development background.
Must have a keen understanding of the cosmetic market and the evolution of shade trends.
Must be able to prioritize, handle multiple projects, and work with various groups within a matrix organization.

The Quality Analyst serves as a direct liaison between the customers and PMT operations to ensure timely and quality production of the client's product. This position has direct interaction with the customer to determine overall and specific color expectations and assists the customer with establishing achievable quality standards.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Applies a broad knowledge of color, retouching, prepress workflows, problem-solving skills and quality control tools to achieve color expectations and enhance quality for customers, with minimal supervision.
Manipulates high-resolution files to match merchandise or to required color standard.
Evaluates color quality per customer requirements, translating customer requests to approved color mark-up language for internal operations to perform work and meet customer expectations.
Transfers and tracks high-resolution data between prepress site and on-site location as required.
Ensures conformance to internal and external quality standards.
Addresses any client concerns regarding quality and assists in negotiating the resolution of customer complaints.
Prepares materials for color shows with customer.
Responds to production issues in a timely manner and elevates appropriately.

Position: Winter Color Guard Instructor for Windsor High School. Starting the 2017-2018 Season.
Salary range Tier 4 of Activity Salary Schedule: $1,825-$2,116 based on experience.
JOB TITLE: WINTER GUARD INSTRUCTOR
GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Winter Guard instructor coordinates the preparations, exercises, and activities of the school winter auxiliary unit. The instructor prepares and directs the unit for independent performance and competition.
Assist in adjudication of new student try-outs;
Designates/coordinates the students into the various subgroups (e.g. majorette, flags, rifles, sabers).
Prepares warm-up routines/practice exercises for the unit;
