Your Mandate is purely candidate/employee facing. No clients.
Access to recruiting coordination team whose primary mandate is to support you and allow you to focus on high value activities surrounding attracting and building relationships.
Candidate and Employee Management.
Building an active candidate pipeline with relevant skills and experience.
Candidate Placement and Lead Generation.
In depth telephone and In person Interviews following our proprietary testing methodologies.
Full candidate facing lifecycle recruitment from introduction to offer stage.
Writing Job Specs, Tracking communications, taking notes etc.
Utilizing knowledge of Financial Markets Products and Regulations & Project Management methodologies (Gained through our intensive training process).
Use of MS Outlook calendars.
High Performer in a volume recruiting environment, specifically around candidate placement and customer service.
Highly proficient in MS Outlook and Calendar functionality.
Candidate Sourcing experience
Use of a CRM system
Expert in "GSD" (Getting Stuff Done). Ability to be autonomous and happy to take ownership and not wait to be told what to do next.
