The Colorado State Veterans Community Living Center at Rifle is located on Colorado's western slope in the scenic Colorado River valley. Rifle offers a mild climate, with plenty of clean mountain air and beautiful blue skies. Amidst this setting, the State Veterans Community Living Center at Rifle provides 89 beds of skilled nursing care, including a 18-bed Special Care Unit for residents with Alzheimer's Disease or related conditions. Serving veterans, their spouse and eligible "Gold Star" parents, we are committed to caring for the whole person by addressing the personal and social needs of each resident, as well as their physical and medical requirements. Description of Job
Information about this position:
This position assists and supports the cooks in providing and performing cooking services (meals and specialty requests) that meet the needs and requests of the residents in the nursing home. This position also assists in maintaining a safe and sanitary kitchen, dining rooms and storage areas.
Assists cook as production assistant with regards to food handling as a cook, or cook helper preparing breakfast, lunch and supper meals and other related functions to ensure timely and nutritious meals for residents and staff. Other duties assigned per business needs.
Serves meals, takes orders, cooks to order food, dishes up desserts and salads, puts out condiments, fruit and necessary food items.
Sets, clears, and sanitizes tables; washes dishes, silverware, pots and pans and puts them away; rolls silverware and sets up dining rooms.
Acts as a production assistant with regards to food handling as a cook, or cook helper preparing breakfast, lunch and dinner meals and other related functions to ensure timely and nutritious meals for residents and staff, to be done before, during and after all resident meals daily.
Fills dispensers and stocks refrigerators, cleans juice and coffee machines and fills with product, stocks resident refrigerator and pantry with food and supplies, takes supplement and beverages to nursing service for distribution.
Maintains store room by stocking, inventory, cleaning, organizing food and non-foods items to ensure sufficient food supplies and sanitary storage conditions, following State, Federal and VA regulations; ensure that residents have food, beverages and supplements as needed.
Cleans dining room, sweeps and mops floors, cleans steam table, throws away trash, cleans dish room and mops floor daily to ensure sanitation and infection control requirements are completed, wipes down tables and chairs; puts on clean tablecloths, complete cleaning duties as assigned to ensure sanitation and infection control requirements are met and completed to ensure a pleasant and comfortable dining experience for residents.
Attends all mandatory and non-mandatory in-services for department and facility. Attends all mandatory training and refresher courses deemed mandatory to ensure employee is updated and knowledgeable in necessary skills and education needed for this position and completes all necessary paperwork to comply with state, federal and VA regulations.
Other duties as assigned daily and monthly.

Crewmember I, Public Works
Under the direction of the Crew Leader, the Crew Member I will be responsible for general facility and grounds maintenance on the Tribal Reservation as well other San Manuel Band of Mission Indian (SMBMI) properties. While working as a part of a closely-knit team, the primary duty of the Crew Member I will be to perform a variety of semiskilled and skilled work in the maintenance of San Manuel grounds, equipment, buildings, and facilities; and to do related work as assigned to maintain the efficient operation and upkeep of San Manuel properties.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Performs basic building maintenance; replaces ceiling tiles, replaces light bulbs, paints Tribal buildings as needed.
Performs weed abatement; controls fertilization of trees, lawns, flowers, shrubs and hedges.
Detects, identifies and recommends treatment of plant problems.
Cleans and maintains roads and parking lots.
Performs minor road maintenance including fire breaks and the installation of street signs.
Cleans out water drains as needed.
Operates tractors and other riding equipment; assists in the training of operating equipment.

Combat System Technician
Overall responsible for the scoping, preparation, development, validation, implementation, and life cycle maintenance of CSOSS documentation for assigned efforts onboard US Navy and USCG ships. Analyze system factors and alternative methods of problem resolution on projects to determine feasibility in providing technical technical guidance in planning, scheduling and executing projects.

MUST have at least 2 years of experience within the Combat Systems Operational Sequencing System (CSOSS) Program OR 8 years of US Navy/USCG shipboard Combat Systems Systems experience. Familiar with systems design principles, theories, concepts, and techniques.
Some work performed in shipyards requiring climbing, bending, and mobility required to access equipment/spaces. Remaining work performed in office setting.
Must be proficient in Windows based Operating Systems, Microsoft Office Suites to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access. Knowledge of the following software applications Epic Editor, IsoDraw, and AutoCAD helpful but not required. Travel, climbing, bending required as some work is performed onboard US Naval vessels and some is desk work.

This position is an Aegis Baseline 9 Computer Technician (ACNT) and the candidate must have previous ACNT experience. This position will support Aegis Ashore Aegis Ashore Missile Defense Test Complex (AAMDTC) Pacific Missile Range Facility located at Kekaha, HI.
This effort supports the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) of Aegis Ashore and will be considered a Combat System (CS) Maintainer. CS Maintainers will provide overall technical support for the Aegis Weapon System equipment. The position will be responsible for performing scheduled preventive maintenance, unscheduled corrective maintenance and may install approved equipment modifications to the equipment depending upon complexity.
The CS Maintainers will replace failed parts/components and are responsible for testing of the system following repair to ensure proper working order. Maintainers will support performance fault isolation procedures during routine and start-up operations and assist with the performance of required corrective actions. Scope also includes providing equipment/system check-out and verification recommendations/support to active duty personnel, training in equipment operation, testing and maintenance, meetings/presentations/briefings, interacting with customers, SMEs and managers and senior leadership.
All CS Maintainers must be able to align, operate (in a maintenance capacity only), and shut down Combat Systems and Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) equipment under their cognizance in accordance with Combat Systems Operational Sequencing System (CSOSS) for those systems supported by CSOSS and/or relevant technical manual and preventive maintenance procedures. All maintenance and system alignments will be coordinated with the CSOOW.
The candidate will act as the technical SME including technical evaluations, assessments, equipment functional checks, technical assists, troubleshooting/test/analysis and equipment repair, part installation, operation, and maintenance for AWS display/network systems and equipment including peripheral, interfaced and support systems. The technician will perform maintenance including fault isolation, tests, and repair on assigned equipment at the organizational level using the operational Readiness Test System (ORTS) and supporting work package documentation.
Complete understanding and considerable experience with the maintenance and operation of USN Aegis Combat/Weapon Systems as an Aegis Computer Network Technician (ACNT) Technician; candidate must also possess good interpersonal skills (both for written and oral communications); and be capable of working independently or as part of a team.
Aegis system test, assessment or certification experience; experience working with other MIL-SPEC and COTS equipment/systems. Familiarity and compliance with the Navy PMS (OPNAVINST 4790.4 series in effect as of November 2013), familiarity with legacy interfaces (e.g. Naval Tactical Data System, MIL-STD 1553) and IAT level II certification to support privileged system administrator access to tactical AWS networks.

Vi tror att du har flera års erfarenhet från produktion eller utveckling, med intresse för kvalitetsfrågor. Du har en högskoleexamen eller motsvarande.
Det är önskvärt att du har erfarenhet av Lean och/eller Sex-sigma, men inget krav. Ytterligare plus om du har kunskap om verksamhets-/kvalitetssystem och kvalitetsstandarder.
