The Surveillance Operator is responsible for maintaining close, continuous surveillance of all gaming areas and the entire property, in order to protect life, assets and the property, and observes all procedures, standards, systems and policies of the Spokane Tribal Gaming facilities.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitors, understands and ensures compliance with the policy and philosophy pertaining to loss prevention
Will ensure that all gaming activities conform to the Tribal Regulations, Standards, Guidelines, Minimum Internal controls and Policies and Procedures established for Gaming.
Responsible for maintaining the highest level of confidentiality in the department.
Must understand basic room operations and be able to keep all recordings functional.
Responsible for documenting and reporting any gaming deviations to the Investigator, Surveillance Supervisor and/or Gaming Commission, Staff and Casino Administration as required.
Must monitor the table games to detect violations of rules, dealer errors and possible cheating or scams.
Must monitor the cashier cages, slot machines, hard count and the restaurant area for any procedural deviation that could affect Tribal assets.
Must pass written tests for each casino department as supervisor finds necessary.
Facilitates the flow of information, by attending regularly scheduled departmental meetings.
Maintains a consistent and regular attendance record.
Held accountable for the accuracy and thoroughness of departmental records and reports.
Write comprehensive, daily reports utilizing computer programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
Conduct observations of all gaming activity in reference to the compliance of the Spokane Tribal Gaming Code rules and regulations.

This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing a complex portfolio of products and services for the Company's new SiteView TM Surveillance business line. This person is accountable for development and implementation of SiteView TM specific sales programs, construction and commissioning of products sold to our customers, achievement of net income goals, and sustained market share growth. This position is also responsible for supporting efforts in the research and analysis of these programs in order to grow profitable sales while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The Technical Specialist will integrate SiteView TM into the Lighting Services department in order to leverage existing infrastructure and resources to price, bill, order materials, secure contracts with subcontractors, and schedule and track projects. This position serves as the primary point of contact and leads a cross-functional team in planning, developing product offerings, promoting, selling, engineering, and installing surveillance and monitoring products and seeking avenues to accelerate sales growth. This position develops relationships with key regional and national contacts and leverages those relationships to support local and Southern Company efforts. This position leverages their comprehensive knowledge to develop and influence policy and policy interpretation and is relied upon as a key company representative in public speaking arenas. As the business grows, the Technical Specialist will manage and train additional resources as needed. Space and Airborne Systems (SAS) is seeking an airborne electro-optical and infrared (EO/IR) surveillance and targeting sensor system lead systems engineer (LSE) to provide leadership and hands-on development, systems integration and test support to the Multi-Spectral Targeting System (MTS) programs. This position is responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary engineering team developing, integrating, testing, qualifying, and producing an EO/IR sensor system. The LSE is responsible for establishing the requirements and technical performance measures for the entire program. The LSE is responsible for baselining and maintaining change control of the technical baseline of the program. The LSE ensures the assigned team's objectives are achieved on schedule, within budget, and consistent with quality and technical standards. The LSE oversees product ownership across all aspects of the design, development, integration, and test of the program's work products, and may also have control account management (CAM) responsibilities. The LSE will work closely with the Program Chief Engineer, and reports to the Program Manager.
Minimum of 10 years airborne system design and/or systems engineering in a development environment.
Airborne EO/IR hardware design and/or systems engineering experience in development and production organizations.

Iowa Disease Surveillance System Coordinator
The Iowa Department of Public Health is looking to fill a Iowa Disease Surveillance System Coordinator (Management Analyst 3) to assist the state.
The successful candidate selected for this position will be responsible for management and technical support for the Iowa Disease Surveillance System (IDSS):
- Assure conformance with standards of technical adequacy in application development, data definitions and all other IDSS components.
- Work with IDSS IT staff to direct, implement, and support application programming.
- Lead system and user acceptance testing by developing and executing test plans. Organize testers, ensure issues are resolved, and sign-off on application development.
- Develop and maintain over 40 different disease investigation forms in IDSS and in the EPI Manual. Make modifications to IDSS to address disease investigation needs, this will require modifying XML code, testing changes, and providing files to IT staff for incorporation into IDSS Production system. This task will require familiarity with IHealthForms software and/or XML messaging.
- Communicate with other CADE staff, the multiple program areas across the department which use IDSS (such as sexually transmitted diseases, tuberculosis control, and environmental health), and local users to assess functionality and gather recommendations for enhancements.
This position will provide high level IDSS user support:
- Develop and deliver training for IDSS users.
- Develop and maintain IDSS user support guidance documents.
- Provide high level technical consultation to IDSS users.
- Prepare custom data reports to fulfill internal and external data requests. This may involve use of SQL Server, MS Access, or MS Excel.
This position will serve as the IDSS representative for department-wide data and IT initiatives, such as the data warehouse and the "E-Health" initiatives. This position will provide IDSS subject matter expertise for grant writing and program planning. This position will provide periodic data support to CADE beyond IDSS, such as database development.

Summary of Work
Medicaid Program Integrity Unit (PIU) is responsible for provider enrollment, provider/recipient fraud, waste and abuse, third party liability specific to North Dakota Medicaid, and provider audits. The PIU is also responsible for administering the recipient coordinated services program (lock in program). This position is responsible for conducting provider integrity reviews for providers to assure appropriate utilization and delivery of medical services within accepted medical practices and standards. This position will assist in the operation of the lock in program and back-up for third party liability activities. This position will also be responding to providers and members over the phone and via email. This position tracks all adjustments/recoveries associated with the provider audits and prepares and maintains reports and correspondence related to work.
Requires graduation from high school or a GED and four years of experience in data entry/analytics, reporting, research, claims processing, coding and/or auditing. Education in a health field, human service field or business field can be substituted for up to two years of the experience requirement on a year for year basis.

Dell's Unstructured Data Solutions (UDS) sales organization is looking for an exceptional business development leader that brings a good blend of business, technical, and marketing skills, to be responsible for increasing our global business in the Video Surveillance space. This role reports into the Unstructured Data Solutions sales organization. You'll be responsible for the overall development of UDS strategy in Video Surveillance and adjacent markets. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for the prioritization and development of the strategic alliances with industry-leading VMS ISVs, Security Integrators, and Security Consultants. The strategic alliance with these partners should enable and accelerate sales by providing Dell mindshare with the partner organizations, technical validations, sales enablement, joint go-to-market, and thought leadership. The candidate will lead a cross functional team to exceed the UDS Video Surveillance revenue targets by driving pipeline development and enabling pipeline conversion through UDS sales, channel partners, and other sales conveyances.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Forge strong relationships with the Unstructured Data Solutions sales team and become their trusted partner and Video Surveillance subject matter expert.
Works closely with sales and account managers to support sales opportunities by engaging and leveraging key Video Surveillance partners in the sales cycle.
Develops the overall UDS Video Surveillance strategy – including VMS/ISV plan, bookings and pipeline plan, technical integration and validation plan, sales enablement plan, and go-to-market plan.
Works with technical resources to ensure VMS/ISV integrations and validations are met
Ensures appropriate sales mapping of Unstructured Data Solutions Sales with ISV/partner sales
Support Video Surveillance industry events
Provide support to the global Unstructured Data Solutions Sales organization by providing subject matter expertise, partner management, and sales enablement to complement UDS sales efforts and accelerate pipeline conversion.
Work with Marketing to publish and highlight customer wins through case studies, PR, and social media.
Ensures Unstructured Data Solutions Sales, Core sales, Channel Partners, ecosystem partners are educated to present the UDS Video Surveillance strategy and value proposition to their customers and prospects.
Minimum 10-years experience working in the Video Surveillance industry with contacts at key VMS/ISV, Security Integrators, and Security Consultants
Comfortable meeting with and presenting the UDS developed Video Surveillance strategy and value proposition to key internal and external customers
Ability to build trusted relationships with the UDS and Core sales teams to support their sales achievement targets

Serves as a senior compliance risk manager for Independent Compliance Risk Management (ICRM)'s Information Barrier Surveillance team responsible for the design, implementation, and oversight for a suite of surveillances designed to detect behaviors that may violate regulatory rules or internal policies and procedures. When potentially anomalous behavior is detected, the team is responsible for escalating the activity and working collaboratively with partners across the first and second lines of defense to determine the appropriate resolution of the matter, which may include employee discipline. . The ICRM Surveillance platform encompasses a number of surveillance related portfolios including trade surveillance, e-communications and voice surveillance, employee trading, outside activities surveillance, and information barrier surveillance.
This role will serve as the NAM Head of ICRM Information Barriers Surveillance and act as a Global Coordinator
The ICRM Information Barriers Surveillance team develops, maintains, and conducts surveillance reviews relating to potential misuse and abuse of material, non-public information. The team will review trading executed by customers, the firm trading for its own account and employees trading for their personal accounts for misuse of information relating to topics such as insider trading and trading securities on the company's internal restricted lists. Trading will cover various asset classes across all of ICRM's sales and trading businesses.
Key Activities include:
Directing the design, development, delivery and maintenance of best-in-class Compliance programs, policies and practices for ICRM. Translating the ICRM strategy and goals across Citi's clients, products and geographies in a succinct and clear manner; providing direction and guidance on the programs.
Managing a team or multiple teams of Compliance professionals. Developing, attracting, and retaining talent; recommending staffing levels required to carry out the unit's role and responsibilities effectively while establishing and adhering to talent management processes and compensation and performance management programs.
As NAM Head of Information Barriers Surveillance, the potential candidate will oversee a team of analysts in NAM responsible for conducting surveillance reviews related to possible misuse of material, non-public information. The manager will be familiar with the process for all surveillance reviews and be able to perform all key steps (assessing scope and severity of the activity, retrieving and analyzing data, partnering with all relevant internal groups, escalating alerts as needed to the correct internal teams, assessing and reporting on any issues identified). The manager will oversee each analyst as he/she performs these functions and be able to respond to any questions from team members as they arise.
Setting the direction for policies and guidelines for the aforementioned functions within ICRM and providing advisory services to the businesses supported through active participation. Leading in driving policy creation, personnel related matters and liaising with external organizations including banking and securities regulators and industry associations and advocacy organizations
Overseeing and guiding the assessment of complex issues, structuring potential solutions and driving effective resolution with other stakeholders. Advising the businesses on an ongoing basis on new business initiatives, new products, business acquisitions, and client-related matters with respect to applicability of policies, resolution of potential red flags or other client/transaction-related compliance escalations.
Managing the identification and assessment of Citi's key compliance risks. Ensuring compliance risks within Citi are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled, consistent with the bank's risk appetite statement and all policies and processes established within the risk governance framework.
NAM Head of Information Barriers Surveillance is responsible for conducting and/or overseeing QA review of the surveillance team's reviews to ensure proper disposition of alerts
Other responsibilities include monitoring adherence to ICRM's Risk Policies and measuring compliance risk through a robust control framework and ensuring that reviews are conducted consistently across each entity on a regular basis to confirm that controls identified are operating effectively; partnering, collaborating and working with other areas within Citi, as necessary; responding to regulatory inquiries from each of the major regulatory bodies (e.g. FINRA, SEC, CFTC); and keeping abreast of regulatory changes, new regulations and internal policy changes in order to further identify new key risk areas.
As Global Coordinator of Information Barriers Surveillance, the potential candidate will oversee process followed by all Information Barriers surveillance teams globally. Ensure that consistent processes are followed across all regions. Implement or refine global processes, policies, and procedures as needed.
