JP Morgan Chase is seeking talented product designer to reimagine the customer experience for our Commercial Real Estate Digital Banking unit.
We are looking for Product Designers to join our exciting team and create visible and impactful change! You will use the design thinking methodology to start with empathy for the users of the system. You will work closely with product, technical and design leaders to re-imagine the end-to-end- experience in a fast-paced environment.
Role and responsibilities
Participate in the full design process from user research, concept creation, story boarding, interaction design and visual design
Plan and conduct user research with current and potential customers, in close collaboration with design and business leaders in the organization
Synthesize your understanding and create a service map / customer journey that identifies opportunities for innovation
Facilitate barnstorming sessions with key stakeholders to envision a new customer experience
Bring this vision to life through storyboards, wireframes and high fidelity designs
Review current systems based on heuristics and recommend areas for redesign, and ways to creatively tackle UX challenges
Help create a visual design system for future designs and implement consistently to ensure a seamless world-class experience

An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating relevant experience.

Commercial Training Designer
At COUNTRY Financial, our Commercial Training Designer designs and develops training curricula, strategies, and delivery methods to provide the most effective and efficient training of participants to meet business outcomes. Compiles metrics to determine if learning objectives and business outcomes were met and to identify needed updates. Executes training using a variety of training methods.

Exterior, Commercial Lighting Designer (Utility)
TRC is a full-service utility design consulting firm, currently expanding its Commercial Lighting services to utility clients. The Exterior Commercial Lighting Designer will be responsible for the analysis of new, remodel, and retrofit designs for exterior lighting projects. Projects may include, but not limited to Roadway and Street Lighting design for Florida DOT safety initiatives, as well as exterior commercial lighting design for public and private customers throughout Florida. The Lighting Designer coordinates directly with TRC clients and their customers to perform the analysis of these projects in the pre-proposal stages. This position will provide technical design support at customer meetings.
Analyze and evaluate information gathered during the audit phase to understand the effectiveness of the customer's current lighting system.
Understand cost effective, energy saving and lighting alternatives which best satisfy the illumination requirements of the different environments within a customers' facilities.
Research new lighting and other energy savings technologies to implement new products into our design offerings.
Preparation of field notes
Preparation of computer assisted design and construction drawings of a complex nature
Take a major role in the preparation of cost estimates, specifications, evaluation and requisitions.
Coordinate design development to meet project schedules.
Contact landowners and/or their agents, to negotiate agreement of Rights of Way (easements) for proposed utility equipment. Obtain necessary contact and tax map information for easement processing.
Contribute to TRC distribution circuit design projects as assigned.
AS or BS in Electrical Engineering/Technology, or related field
Firm understanding of the National Electric Safety Code (NESC), National Electrical Code (NEC), other NFPA codes/standards and energy codes
Proficiency using Computer Aided Design and Drafting (AutoCAD) is required
General understanding of the requirements of electrical installations, circuitry, load, voltage and familiarity with electrical codes.
Experience in Power Studies, such as Short Circuit Study, Coordination Study, and Arc Flash Analysis is a plus.
Understanding and application of the energy demand and maintenance requirements of various existing lighting systems.
Ability to demonstrate the impacts of utility rates, rebates, system wattage and operating hours in the design and development of proposed alternatives, a plus.

Responsible for Fire Sprinkler layout and Alarm Design work on multiple projects according to all codes, ordinances and according to the contracted scope of work. Completes permit drawings and hydraulic calculations.
Will apply knowledge of system operations and follow planned blueprint instructions. Supervision of all work will be furnished by the Fire Protection Engineer.
1.Individual will be required to design/draw all jobs using CPVC and/or Steel pipe. Drawings will be done using Auto-Cad version 2000 or newer, be neat and orderly and shall contain all pertinent information for installation of projects in the field. ET should achieve a yearly average of 100% or less of estimated engineering labor costs.
2.Designer will be required to hydraulically calculate each job drawn. Design areas and calculations are to be done to achieve a yearly average of 100% or less of estimated material costs.
3.Designer will be required to stock list each job that is drawn. All lists that are submitted should be correct when compared to what is actually installed.
Purchasing and Fabrication lists must be prepared and given to the appropriate departments in a timely manner. All prepared lists should be 100% complete and correct for each job.
4.Designer will be required to submit each job drawings to the proper authorities in a timely manner. All submittals should include the correct number of plans, all related material data, and calculations. Designer will be responsible for submitting to contractors, subcontractors (if applicable), proper insurance companies and building or fire officials for approval.
5.Designer will be responsible for following up on plans to ensure each job is permitted properly and does not delay progress. Individual must possess good communication skills with all managers and field personnel so that pertinent information is given out effectively.
6.Designer will be required to keep track of all jobs. Individual will give contractors and owners accurate information in regards to the progress and design requirements. Individual will be responsible for making any corrections to the plans to reflect any changes made in the field.
