Personal Assistant Services Companion
Responsible for providing routine personal care services in clients' homes and assisting with the activities of daily living in the home setting. Responsible for providing services in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local health and safety codes including LSC, laws and regulations, and all applicable policies and procedures.
Provide personal assistance in the home setting to assist with the activities of daily living.
Provide or assist with oral/dental care, bathing, grooming, toileting, and/or showering while ensuring the privacy and safety of the client and encouraging the client's independence.
Assist the client with simple range of motion or other exercises as directed. Ambulate client as directed in accordance with the client's endurance level.
Assist in meal preparation and encourage resident to maintain level of independence. Observe appetite and offer suggestions for dietary planning.
Respect clients' rights by knocking on doors before entering rooms, addressing clients by name and appropriate titles. Treat all clients fairly with kindness, dignity and respect.
Allow/encourage clients to make their own decisions when appropriate to promote impendence.
Respect the property of the facility, employees, clients and guests. Turn in all found items to your supervisor immediately.
Report grievances and complaints made by the clients to your supervisor immediately.

Biostatistician, Biomarker & Companion Diagnostics Development
Foundation Medicine is dedicated to helping bring personalized cancer medicine into routine clinical practice. Harnessing advanced technology, Foundation Medicine is developing clinical laboratory tests that will broadly capture the most relevant tumor genomic and other molecular information, and connect it with relevant scientific and medical knowledge to help oncologists determine the right treatment for each patient.

Implement data mining strategies to enable genomic discovery and comprehensive genomic profiling analysis.
Lead designing and analyzing analytical validation studies for novel NGS-based companion diagnostics assays for cancer.
Contribute in drafting study protocols and final reports, soliciting feedback, communicating study results within Foundation Medicine and to external stakeholders.
Collaborate with laboratory scientists and technologists and regulatory affairs team on study design, planning, data preparation, programming, analysis and presentation of results.
Ph.D. or M.S. (with more extensive work experience) in Bioinformatics, Statistics or a related field with a significant quantitative base.
