Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
Perform daily set-up and maintenance of race facilities.
Work with other staff and departments to promote a positive guest experience.
Provide assistance with event venue set-up, as needed.
Setting and maintaining daily public race courses and private group courses.
Communication, via radio or phone, with Ski Patrol to inform them of injuries.
Event venue construction - installing fence, tents, banners, cabling, etc.
Maintain race facilities to ensure safety of all guests and staff.
Shovel and rake starts and decks to maintain snow levels and a safe environment for guests and staff.

This position is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the Competition Advocate Program to promote the acquisition of commercial items and full and open competition with GA-ASI suppliers.
Serve as the liaison between project management, engineering, program management, procurement/supplier management and senior management regarding supplier competitions, qualifying new suppliers, qualifying alternate sources, and reviewing non-competitive justifications.
Participate in, lead segments of or provide overall management for the supplier competition process for price and best value competitions to generate increased competition metrics and promote full and open competition amongst suppliers and a reduction in the number of single source suppliers.
Create project plan(s) and manage resources to ensure project schedule, budget, quality and specification goals are attained.
Collaborate with management and project team(s) in the assignment and assessment of project goals to meet larger and more strategic business objectives.
Oversee and monitor project schedule, timelines, and milestones from initiation to delivery to meet delivery goals.
