Accurately and efficiently create color matches from sample and substrate only. Assist Consumables Production Manager with procedures, capacity issues, and other tasks. Mix and match custom inks per customer requirements while providing superior reliability and quality. Provide accurate ink data entry and courteous customer service on ink related questions. Cross train in all duties, assisting in controlling costs, and meeting inventory goals.
Color match new formulas. Create or modify color match formulas from scratch based only on a color sample and substrate.
Mix and adjust custom color ink per customer requirements or existing formulas.
Solve ink color shade related issues when customers are in-house for test printing. Make modifications as necessary to ensure successful trials.
Maintain optimum ink stock for custom colors and color matching.

Review and schedule work orders, enter transfers, and accurately close work orders in computer.
Train new associates or cross-train other associates in procedures, accurate ink mixing, color matching and cell duties.
Perform regular housekeeping including maintaining mixing equipment, organizing and cleaning ink room, and work space.
Perform proper disposal of hazardous materials.
Cross train for other duties as requested and proper operating procedures.

High School Diploma or GED with three to four years color matching or related color duties and one to two years of batch mixing. Inventory experience desired.
Must be able to accurately color match from substrate.

This position is responsible for supporting the sales efforts at a Sherwin-Williams paint store, servicing wholesale and retail customers. To properly perform any mixing job by mixing acceptable product, while ensuring a proper production flow, especially from mixing to the production lines.

In collaboration with others, responsible for performing research and development duties within assigned area.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position is in the Compound Repository group and candidate will be primarily supporting the compound inventory reorganization initiative
Utilize Bartender software to create barcodes and label multiple labware types as well as physical stores.

Compound Development Program Manager
Job Summary About Us
Genmab is an international biotechnology company specializing in the creation and development of dif-ferentiated human antibody therapeutics for the treatment of cancer.
Genmab is searching for a Compound Development Program Manager, Contribution to the selection of clinical candidates, for its New Jersey location.
The CDPM is accountable to both the Compound Development Team Leader and the PM leadership for initiating, planning, executing, controlling, reporting, and terminating the integrated, end-to-end (E2E) compound development plan as approved by the appropriate governing body. As a core member of the Compound Development Team, the CDPM provides cross-functional operational and project management leadership for the development of therapeutic products in an international, matrix organization for late development assets following proof of concept and continuing through Phase 3 registration studies, regulatory submission and approval, and life cycle management. Experience in all phases of drug development is preferred, but late development experience is required. The individual in this role will also provide leadership and mentorship to other staff within the PM group to build late stage development program management capabilities and core competencies in the PM group.
Establish and monitor the plan to achieve the CDT compound strategy with concomitant goals and objectives in alignment with the organizational objectives.
Establish late development program management best practices and mentor colleagues accordingly as new assets enter late development.
Work with CDTL to drive the CDT to execute the global compound development plan to meet/exceed on the cross-functional operational goals by providing program management leadership across a matrix organization, pro-actively identifying and escalating issues/risks, working with team to help resolve problems, establishing contingency plans for anticipated risks, managing the budget and timeline, and planning for life-cycle management.
Foster and maintain a high performance team culture; at the direction of the CDTL, runs efficient and productive CDT meetings and represents the CDPM role at governance meetings, co-development/joint development partnerships, and at external meetings with 3rd parties.
Work with regulatory affairs, CMC, and co-development partner PM to plan BLA, MAA and J-NDA preparation and submission timeline.
Assist with portfolio analyses on request, and help shape reporting processes for portfolio and pipeline summaries in a timely manner
Work with all operational functional leads to plan, execute, report and close-out all program-related work across all functions (e.g., project/program budgets, risks, timelines, resources, and stakeholder management)
Work with CDT and sub-team members to develop cross-functional operational plans.
Work with the CDTL to celebrate successes by the team and manage disappointments.
Lead drug supply planning sub-team for current and future R&D and Medical Affairs trials, and for Commercial demand.
Prepare monthly compound operational risk plan on CDP for review at monthly operational review meetings and flag key risks impacting timeline, budget, etc. to CDTL and select senior leaders
Member of sub-team that reviews/executes supply agreements with 3rd parties
Work with finance to track the budget, identify potential risks, and estimate resources requested for new opportunities/amendments in collaboration with CDT and development partners. Identify budget trade-off options, and approaches to accelerate compound development
Manage CDT information, documentation, and team communications to ensure timely and accurate communication of CDT strategy and operational status for review at project and portfolio boards, and via portfolio summary documents, and co-development partners and/or other external partners
Skills & Experience
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required
Post-graduate degree in life sciences, engineering, or business management preferred.
Professional project management certification and/or diploma preferred
A minimum of 8 years of experience in cross-functional project management, leadership, and/or functional line management, plus a minimum of five years of successful performance on a high priority project as a project/program manager (or equivalent experience in a similar role in other departments or companies)
Management of 4 or more key compound late stage development decisions (e.g., decision to advance to Phase 3, decision to file, submission of BLA/NDA, MAA, and/or J-NDA, etc.), where the compound was advanced or terminated on technical, financial or commercial grounds.

- As a Batch Mixer, you will perform batch mixing and dispensing of various cements consistent with work flow to meet company standards of safety, quality, quantity and work processes.
Weigh or measure appropriate quantities of cement and water using metric system.
Mix cement using motorized mixer for prescribed mixing time; then dispense cement to machine hoppers.
Conduct viscosity tests.
Wash mixing equipment and keep work area clean and orderly.
