The primary responsibilities of this position are batch processing and the operation of the print environment. This includes responses to systems messages, systems error messages and following established priorities for printed or other output.
Requires adherence to established schedules for completion of print and electronic output as well as general, customer related, printer cleaning and maintenance, problem identification, and some customer repair. May work with tape drive operation on the various platforms and will assist with other activities in other areas within the Technical Support department. Position requires shift work.
Shifts and shift schedules may be altered or rotated based upon management discretion and business needs. Assists with the Support Center, Help Desk operation by answering phones and providing assistance with customer calls. Some problems may be resolved by this position, but many will be escalated to more senior level positions.

Freeman is seeking a talented, enthusiastic Digital Press Machine Operator who will give our clients the best internal and external service in the industry. The main focus of the Digital Press Machine Operator is to operate and maintain the VUTek GS3250 Grand Format Printers. Additional responsibilities include:
Prepares and sends digital files to VUTek GS3250.
Provides additional large format technical support.
Manages a production workflow to accurately produce banner graphics to minimize waste, labor and costs.
Communicates directly with prepress, finishing and shipping departments to ensure critical deadlines are met and quality expectations are exceeded.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum one (1+) or more years experience operating VUTek grand format printers or two (2) + years of related experience in grand format production.
Demonstrated customer service, organizational, analytical and follow-up skills.
Must be able to learn and adapt to change, manage multiple tasks and prioritize.
Must be deadline driven and flexible to respond to changing requirements with tight deadlines in a fast paced environment

The Computer Operator will be mainly responsible for monitoringall workload schedules, backup jobs and Infrastructure health. The ComputerOperator will monitor executing batch workflows and verifies all are processingas expected. Additionally, the computer operator will appropriately manage theprocess from failure through resolution for submitted incidents and will accuratelydocument within the Service Desk system. The work schedule for this position is 3 nights per week.The hours are 18:00 – 07:00.
The scheduled nights will be consecutive and will rotateonce per year.

I. An Associate's degree or higher with a major in the field of data processing may be substituted for one year of the required experience.*
II. A diploma for completion of a one year full-time, or equivalent part-time, program in a recognized non-degree granting business or vocational/technical school above the high school level with a major in the field of data processing may be substituted for one year of the required experience.*
III. An official transcript from a recognized business or technical/ vocational school as evidence of completion of a program consisting of at least 650 hours of instruction in computer programming/operation may be substituted for one year of the required experience.
IV. Graduation from the data processing course of a recognized vocational/technical high school may be substituted for one year of the required experience.

Runs jobs from the AS/400 as scheduled or requested daily. Runs specific jobs and distributes blue bar printouts in order of priority.

Job Description: SUMMARY
The primary purpose of this position is to perform order process manipulation, printing, maintenance, adjustments, and merchandise inventory activities, as needed. This position is responsible for the continued smooth operation of the I.S. functions of the EXE Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), supported equipment and server operations of the respective Distribution Center (DC) to include, but not be limited to, merchandise picking, receiving, shipping and inventory activities and equipment. The incumbent is also required to perform all tasks in observance of Rite Aid's brand and strategy and adhere to our core values and service attributes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The associate is responsible for the functions below, in addition to other duties as assigned:
Manage and operate I.S. equipment located in the DC to meet logistics time schedules of print, picking, receiving, and shipping.
Assist with logistics work load activities of merchandise inventory control functions to support the logistics organizations accurate inventory control.
Perform problem determination and isolation activities with associated I.S. equipment located throughout the DC to ensure system efficiencies and operation.
Perform backup and recovery functions associated with the various I.S. equipment located in the DC and handle DC I.S. equipment systems media so that media is correctly logged and accounted for.
Experience / Requirements
Associate's Degree (AA) Information Systems required.
Two (2) years' of experience in IS Operations required.
Or equivalent education in lieu of experience
Other, a one-year certificate from college or technical school in Networking or PC Certifications required
