The Drops Support Agent will be responsible for supporting, managing and coordinating underground drop operations to ensure productivity, performance and client satisfaction.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Complete daily tasks and reporting as required by operations
Receive and place calls from technicians, clients and clients customers as needed
Provide support and troubleshooting to Decisive Drop Application users

JOB SUMMARY: Independently sets up and operates one primary assigned millwork machine(s) and one secondary millwork machine (e.g. HPJ horizontal drilling) to surface, cut, and shape wood-based raw materials and to fabricate parts for wood products such as cabinets, doors, walls, trim, tables, specialty fixtures, and etc. by performing the following duties:
