· Monitor the effectiveness of treatment interventions utilizing behavior analytic techniques for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Qualifications/Educational Requirements for BCBA:
1. Graduate of a BACB accredited college or University.
2. Certified by the BACB as a BCBA.
3. Prior ABA training required.
4. A minimum of one year working with children with autism spectrum disorders.
5. Previous experience in supervision preferred.
6. Work positively and favorably with consumers, families, and staff.
7. Demonstrate compassion, responsibility, and cheerful attitude.
8. Excellent communication skills, analytical and observation skills. Knowledge of crisis management preferred.
Qualifications/Educational Requirements for Behavior Consultant:
1. Minimum of a master’s degree in a mental-health related field from an accredited institution with specialized training and one year of experience in the examination, evaluation, and treatment of children with autism spectrum disorders.
2. Work within scope of practice, under the supervision of a BCBA.
3. Displays extensive knowledge and training in behavior analysis, must have received documented coursework at the graduate level from a BACB accredited university in at least 3 of the following 6 areas:

Responsibilities/essential functions: The person in this position must be able to perform the following essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
1. Provide supervision to Behavioral Technicians working with your clients.
a. One hour of supervision/10 hours that the technician works. During this time, offer training in the principles of ABA to both staff and parents. Also, encourage parents to participate in parent-training sessions.

COMPETITIVE PAY $500 SIGN ON BONUS FOR FULL-TIME Summary The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors. Educational Requirements Must possess, as a minimum, a High School education. Experience Must be a licensed State Tested Nursing Assistant in accordance with laws of this state.
