Establish and document the DR strategy, ensuring that all of the technical and business stakeholders have their requirements and constraints considered.
Create and maintain the overall plan for executing the DR process, both in testing and in the event of an emergency situation.

Associate Cybersecurity Analyst - Business Continuity
The Cybersecurity Associate Analyst is responsible for executing a portion of the GM Financial (GMF) Cybersecurity Program designed to advise the organization on its management of Cybersecurity risk by organizing information, enabling risk management decisions, and addressing threats to ensure the security of company systems and information assets. The Cybersecurity Associate Analyst is responsible for contributing to the success of comprehensive security initiatives, work with internal and external groups to ensure the program is operating effectively and efficiently, and develop strong partnerships with business partners across the enterprise to ensure company information assets are protected at the appropriate level JOB DUTIES (Desired Skills)
Ability to develop, maintain, and implement business continuity strategies and solutions, including business impact analyses, recovery strategy selection, and documentation of business continuity processes and procedures.
Ability to plan, conduct, and report on exercises to test the suitability of existing plans and strategies, while updating processes, procedures and plans regularly.
Ability to support continuity efforts after a disruption event.
Experience with assessment and analysis on risks to business operations and essential business functions or information systems
Experience with development of documentation, metrics and reporting on project and program status
Clear understanding of Cybersecurity and risk management practices in general
Demonstrate awareness of all information security trends, vulnerabilities, including and especially those influencing the auto finance industry.
Knowledge of various information security and business continuity frameworks/standards
Broad base of knowledge across a variety of industry compliance and control frameworks (SOX, ISO, PCI, etc.).

Must have a high level understanding of the financial services industry, security, risk and privacy

Represent the Global Cybersecurity organization on projects as needed
Engage with business partners to translate high-level business requirements into enterprise security initiatives and programs to achieve the GMF’s mission, goals and objectives
Work closely with business stakeholders and project teams to plan, design and check appropriate levels of security governance, resource management and asset management
Assist management with special projects as requested Experience
A minimum of 0-3 years of experience in large and complex business environments with a successful track record working directly with senior level management with working knowledge in one or more of the following domains: Access Control, Telecom and Network Security, Cybersecurity Governance, Risk Management, Software Development Security, Cryptography, Security Architecture and Design, Operational Security, Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery, Legal Regulations, Investigations and Compliance, Physical (Environmental) Security, IT or Security Audit, IT or Security Compliance.
Experience in the financial services industry preferred
Must have demonstrable experience leading collaborative programs and projects with senior level management
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience strongly preferred
