CSAT Solutions is currently seeking qualified candidates to fill the role of a Flat Panel Monitor Tester. This position will require the candidate to have some knowledge of computer components and be willing to work overtime.
Role and Responsibilities:
Operates machines to test functioning of parts or whole units
Runs software programs on repaired machines to test machine functionality
Tests components or circuits of faulty equipment to locate defects, using special diagnostic software programs
Tests repaired systems to ensure that they are in working order
Compares findings with the reported problem failures found
Forwards units on to quality group for QA inspection
Returns unit back to the technician for repair if unit fails test
May install and configure repaired equipment
Other tasks as assigned by manager
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Computer training diploma preferred
1 year of experience assembling /disassembling, testing, trouble shooting and repairing computer or electronic components preferred
Must be able to speak, read and write English
Knowledge of computer hardware
Must be able to multi task
Must be familiar with Windows operating system and MS Office
Works under close supervision

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administration and enforcement of appropriate safety work rules
Quality assurance for all aspects of manufacture of product, including raw materials, workmanship and finished product
Optimize finishing and other manufacturing processes
Schedule and manage workflow and utilize personnel to accomplish the plant's business objectives
Manage all inventories (raw material, finished goods, and operating supplies)
Personnel development determines and facilitates training needs
Assist department head and plant superintendent and others with the analysis and improvement of plant operations
BA/BS degree is preferred but not mandatory
Five years quality control and/or supervisory experience a plus
One year wood products experience softwood plywood (sanded and siding)
Working knowledge of all plywood operations and associated equipment is desirable
PC operation and experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
Ability and desire to advance to higher levels of supervision
Ability coach and lead a diverse workforce

Panel Saw Machine Operator - 3Rd Shift
Must have previous CNC machine operating experience where you had to program or enter job specs into a computer terminal!
Starting Pay Rate: Up to $14/hour Depending on experience
Third shift works Sunday-Thursday 7:30pm to 6am; Friday 6pm to 11pm (48 to 53 hours/week).
- MUST have woodworking experience.
- Must be familiar with industrial table saw operation.
- Plans machining by studying work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, materials, specifications, drawings, reference planes, locations of surfaces, and machining parameters; interpreting geometric dimensions and tolerances
- Programs mills by entering instructions, including zero and reference points; setting tool registers, offsets, compensation, and conditional switches; calculating requirements, including basic math, geometry, and trigonometry; proving part programs.
- Loads feed mechanism by lifting stock into position.
- Verifies settings by measuring positions, first-run part, and sample workpieces; adhering to standards.
- Maintains specifications by observing drilling, grooving, and cutting, including turning, facing, knurling and thread chasing operations; taking measurements; detecting malfunctions; troubleshooting processes; adjusting and reprogramming controls; sharpening and replacing worn tools; adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes.
- Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
- Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs.
- Maintains continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Documents actions by completing production and quality logs.
- Experience with setting up and operating a CNC machine
- Ability to read and interpret documents, blueprints, write routine reports and correspondence

Job Summary # The Panel Specialist contributes to the success of the patient centered health care model of care that originates within primary care clinics by ensuring overall quality patient care. Wall Panel Designer
A Carter Components Wall Panel Designer is responsible for designing plans for the quoting and production of wall panels. Ensures drawings are produced accurately and timely based off of blueprints provided by customers. Requires the knowledge of commonly used framing concepts and practices within the construction industry. A strong belief in the mission and goals of the company are necessary to this position.
Experience in designing multifamily, commercial, custom & production wall panels
General computer knowledge
Experience with MiTek and/or equivalent wall panel design software
Ability to read and comprehend blueprints
Attention to detail, takes pride in quality of work
Efficient and able to complete orders within a given deadline
Knowledge of standard construction practices, codes and carpentry
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Creates design illustrations based from blueprints to produce working drawings for fabrication.

Air Panel Operator - Batching - External
This position is responsible for operating machinery to ensure the continuous flow of product thru the production process and insuring proper ingredients supplies are being used on the line. Responsible for monitoring and adjusting machine settings as needed and notifying supervisor if machines should require maintenance while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
Set up equipment in preparation for startup, and responsible for the operation the blenders and pumping product into KP machines, while also adhering to good safety practices, food safety policies, and company policies. Set up area with all needed equipment.
Load blender with proper meat. Key items and materials into computer systems. Document Blend information.
Perform Blending process to meet quality standards. Blend rework back into meat. Pull fat sample for quality assurance.
Monitor production area for trash and food debris on floor. Perform various other tasks as assigned by Lead person, Supervisor or Superintendent. Ability to drive forklift and pass the forklift test in order to become certified.
Ability to become certified in Hillshire Brands Lock Out Tag Out program. Ability to complete work cycles in less than 20 seconds. Ability to communicate effectively with company employees and all levels of management.
