SUMMARY#OF RESPONSIBILITY - Job Summary (general statement of purpose or objective of position) This individual is responsible for patient preparation, as well as, assisting the physician with procedures and minor surgeries. Also performs various diagnostic tests and patient education in the clinic.
Maintains equipment and acts as liaison between the physician and all outside agencies to include hospitals, nursing homes, DME companies, pharmacies, HMO#s and other physician#s offices, as well as, with the patient. The Service Associate I is responsible for assisting in the operations of the Automotive Branch Facility. The core function of this job includes assisting with inside customer service. The Service Associate will make certain the branch provides the highest level of Trademark Customer Service.
The core responsibilities and duties associated with this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Make delivery of product as needed ensuring customers' quality and service expectations are met.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
The main focus of the Tech Support Tech I will be the resolution of hardware and configuration issues. The incumbent will need to have excellent communication and customer service skills. Documentation, monitoring, and follow through will be important aspects of the job.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
