Billing Auth Specialist
The Authorization Specialist is responsible for obtaining initial authorization and subsequent re-authorization for managed care contracts
- American Imaging Management (AIM).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following (other tasks may be assigned):
Attends work on a regular and predictable basis
Retrieving prior authorization request and saving into Central Authorization Shared File for further processing
Confirming if Authorization is required from American Imaging Management (AIM)
If authorization is required – obtain and inform center to set up patient

This position delivers products to customers from Sherwin-Williams paint stores.
