Position Purpose The 3rd Shift
Cooker Operator in our rendering department is an important role in the daily operations of our facilities. This job is important because it is vital to our process to process product and waste from various divisions around our facilities into rendered products. The 3rd Shift
Cooker Operato r must be trained in lock out tag out for safety reasons. To perform this job machinery must be locked out so the employee can safely check various components of the equipment. In order to perform this job, employees must maintain equipment that cooks product into tallow. The process must be documented multiple times a day and the record will be kept manually or digitally. There may be some data that is not collected at all facilities based on business unit or even plant specific information required. While performing the duties of a 3rd shift
Cooker Operator , the employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions with slippery surfaces at varied heights; moving mechanical parts; fast paced, high noise disciple, warm/cool environment. Positions require standing or walking the entire shift, the use of stairs, and the use of PPE which is required in all areas of the facility.

Disassembling and re-assembling equipment
Tracking, reading, or creating reports manually or via computer
Ensuring food safety and quality

Cylinder Loader - Second Shift
Identifies, sorts and palletize cylinders by size and product for efficient refilling and handling. Operates forklift and safely loads / unloads compressed gas and liquid cylinders to and from delivery vehicles.
Performs visual inspections of empty cylinders. Hammers and odor tests empty cylinders as required if needed.
Reports any equipment or facility defects to supervisor.
Completes activity / deficiency reports as required.
Marks any obviously defective safety/valves or cylinders and quarantines for maintenance.
Removes and replaces labels on cylinders as required.

Cup Loader - 3Rd Shift (10:00Pm To 6:30 AM)
Plant Operations Twin Falls, Idaho Cup Loader - 3rd Shift (10:00PM to 6:30 AM) Cup loaders are assigned to load cups into the filler and assist in the manual sanitation of the filler. Other tasks may be assigned as needed if the cup loading position is not needed during the shift.
The responsibilities of this position include:
Cup loaders are to make sure the have the right flavor of cups, and lids, for the product being run on the filler.
Ensure they have all of the proper materials in the staging area for the run.
Need to help ensure the area they are working in is clean and when machine is down they help the operator get the machine back to a functional state.
Load cups quickly and accurately so the machine does not incur any downtime waiting for cups.
Clean production filling equipment in the filler during the manual sanitation step of the CIP process.
Complete tasks as needed and as indicated on Job Duties Worksheet (Foam, clean walls, floors, piping, electrical panels, control boxes, floor mats, etc.).
Complete all jobs in a safe and quality manner.
Assist the operator in setting up the line for production and changeovers.
Needs to be able to learn how to operate the machine for the operator while on break or lunch.
