13339BRTitle:Pipe InspectorJob Description:Pipe inspectors, in the pipe mill, visually inspect the outside and inside surfaces of each pipe, inspects pipe ends (bevels and lands), makes all appropriate dimensional measures of the pipe (diameter, wall thickness, ovality, straightness, etc.). This is all done after the mill’s inspectors declare a pipe as “prime”, Intertek inspectors then re-inspect to ensure the pipe meets specifications (too often it does not). Maintains an inspection log recording all dimensional and acceptability information, interfaces with mill inspectors. Coating inspectors, in the coating plant, monitors all coating parameters such as quality of incoming bare pipe, anchor patterns after grit blasting, furnace temperatures, powder purity, powder and grit storage parameters, and monitors all holiday testing, monitors calibration of holiday tester.
Keeps records of activities. Inspectors thoroughly examine drill pipe body, connections, and end areas checking for discontinuities and wall loss. Inspections ensure the pipe meets or exceeds API requirements while following standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
- Monitor, as well as train, Level I inspectors and Inspection Helpers
- Conduct inspections to ensure quality or to detect defects
- Perform inspection duties primarily on drill pipe and pipe related coatings
- Visually and dimensionally inspect pipe and/or pipe coatings
- Maintain records of inspection as necessary
- Perform minor repairs and cleaning to the equipment and facilities keeping them in a safe condition
- Help maintain inventory of supplies and/or shop equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Maintain a good attendance record
- Work weekends and be on call as scheduled
- Work alongside team members and other office personnel as a good team member
- Certified Level II Inspector
- 1 Year of Oilfield Downhole Tool experience, proficient in BHA components.
- Able to read, understand and apply all standard operating procedures and field inspection criteria
- Familiar with basic inspection tools, gauges, instruments, etc.
- Able to perform pipe inventories when assigned to do so
- Fluency in, and have the ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in the English language

We are currently looking for Licensed Heating and Cooling Technicians. Looking for an S2 or D2 technician for both service and installations. B2/B4 technicians will also be considered. Cooling And Freezing Equipment Operators
Adjust machine or freezer speed and air intake to obtain desired consistency and amount of product. Monitor pressure gauges, ammeters, flowmeters, thermometers, or products, and adjust controls to maintain specified conditions, such as feed rate, product consistency, temperature, air pressure, and machine speed.
Record temperatures, amounts of materials processed, or test results on report forms. Read dials and gauges on panel control boards to ascertain temperatures, alkalinities, and densities of mixtures, and turn valves to obtain specified mixtures. Correct machinery malfunctions by performing actions such as removing jams, and inform supervisors of malfunctions as necessary. Operate or tend equipment, such as cooling and freezing units, refrigerators, batch freezers, and freezing tunnels, to cool or freeze products, food, blood plasma, and chemicals.

- Maintains professional and courteous customer relations including, client, vendor, and internal team.
- Active participation in safety meetings. Maintains safety work practices.
- Inspect air conditioning units to ensure efficient operation.
- Perform regularly scheduled maintenance on heating and cooling units.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical malfunctions; installs, replaces or repairs damaged equipment; calibrates thermostatic controls. Must be able to understand schematics.
- Repair and replace damaged or worn heating, ventilation and air-conditioning parts and equipment, repairs or replaces low and high-pressure liquid lines.
- Inspect and observe pressure of liquids and vapor with instrumentation to ensure efficient operation of units and make necessary adjustments; inspects and service refrigeration equipment including refrigerators, ice machines, gas packs and heat pumps.
- Adjust and maintain internal electrical and electronic control systems; cleans coils and blowers and checks motors and belt tensions.
- Interpret and follow reclamation for all refrigerants, building codes and regulations as they relate to HVAC.
- Properly install refrigerant compressors.
- Diagnose problems and make recommendations.
- Maintain maintenance records as required by City, State and EPA regulations.

The incumbent should exhibit leadership qualities while performing duties and must work diligently to assure his/her tasks are completed, and do not prevent the project from being completed safely, efficiently, on time, and to ICT quality standards.
Cooling Tower Carpenters/Technicians 2 (Min 1-year experience)
Assists the CCT1 with the construction, erection, installation, fabrication, and repair of all types of cooling towers; must be able to carry out assigned duties without the constant supervision of a CTT1 or Foreman. The incumbent must work diligently to ensure tasks are completed safely, efficiently, on time, and to ICT quality standards.
