The Product Design and Release Engineer for engine cooling components is responsible for the design, development, validation, and release of engine cooling components which include cooling module assemblies (radiator, condenser, electric fan assembly), charge air cooler assemblies, and transmission oil cooler heat exchangers, respective high and low pressure hose and tube assemblies, electric coolant heaters, valves and pumps required to meet the base engine and transmission cooling objectives. Quick Start Up! Pay $32/hr Per diem $560 (60 mile radius) Weld test on site in Pennsboro, WV
Purpose: Secure components together using electric welding. Create accurate welds that do not change the measurements of the component and will be able to withstand various types of steam, hot water, gases, lubrications, sprinkling, and industrial processing systems.
Work Schedule: Must have open availability any time any day of the week. Normal work period is Monday-Thursday dayshift while at Manufacturing Facility. Length of employment may be limited to job assignment and/or project duration.
Essential Skills (must posses the ability to)
May include but not limited to:
Secure components together applying knowledge of geometry, physical properties of metal machining weld shrinkage, and welding techniques.
