The ACES Body Technician (BT) Apprentice Program is designed for 60 – 90 days of intensive hands – on training with an experienced Body Technician Mentor repairing damaged vehicles to pre-accident condition, while learning ABRA's operational excellence processes. Upon apprentice's graduation from the program they transition into a Body Technician that will be able to complete C – Level skills as a standalone technician or in a team environment.

What you'll do:
On the Job Training
Use blueprints, schematics, small/power tools and electronic test equipment to perform a variety of maintenance tasks and determine causes of operating problems in areas including but not limited to plumbing, electrical systems/components, HVAC, carpentry, electrical fixtures/switches/power sources and mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment

TerraTherm is a worldwide leader in the development and implementation of in situ and on-site thermal remediation of organic contaminants. TerraTherm designs, builds and operates projects from concept to closure, using Thermal Conduction Heating (TCH), Steam Enhanced Extraction (SEE), Electrical Resistance Heating (ERH), and combinations of the technologies above. The electrician reports to the Manager of Field Implementation and works as part of the electrical team. Primary responsibilities will be to complete assigned tasks, instruct, and assist other team members and subcontractors. Maintain a high level of professionalism and commitment to quality production. They may also be asked to travel to vendor locations to perform factory acceptance testing of new or used equipment.
The electrician will need to work very closely with the engineering department in the review/redlining of drawings and the inspections of equipment.
The electrician may need to travel with the equipment to the sites to clarify and answer any questions the on-site electricians may have.
The electrician may also be asked to help with interim and final inspections of the electrical installations on site.
The electrician will also assist the Construction Managers and Supervisors on site so that they may better manage subcontractors.
When major changes occur on a site, the electrician may be asked to assist with them. He/she may also be asked to perform small modification to the site such as installation of lighting, GFCI outlets, heat trace, pumps, etc.
The electrician will also assist and mentor operations staff in troubleshooting equipment.
Knowledge and skill in the National Electrical Code (NEC)

Must be able to travel to project sites for up to two weeks at a time estimated 20% travel
Ability to periodically perform physical exertions including light-medium weight lifting, pushing, pulling, stair or ladder climbing, and other construction/ maintenance activities for 8 to 12 hour shifts

About the role: You will assist the day-to-day operation of building Dig Inn's farm and sustain it with our team May through November in Chester, NY. As the Dig Inn Farm will model our definition of sustainability and be a living lab for growing for food, it's also a place to train farmers and chefs.
Apprentices will have the opportunity to work on a second-year farm as it implements and sets up best practices in an organic farming system. This year we are planning on growing a twelve acre mix of vegetables . You will take part in all facets of the farm, from bed preparation to irrigation management, and harvest and delivery.
About the team: Our farm-team is based in the Hudson Valley at Dig Inn's farm. Growing produce for our restaurants to reduce transit emissions, minimize food waste, and provide our chefs with vegetables fresh from the farm is the core of what we do.
