Maintains continuous machine operations between shifts by reporting to assigned workstation prepared to assume production from previous shift at shift start.
Maintains continuous machine during shift by loading, running, packaging, and stacking finished product.
Performs and is responsible for in-process and final on-line inspection and testing of manufactured product.
Ensures quality control requirements are understood and met by reviewing all special instructions and requirements.
Documents items by performing required Statistical Process Control; quality checks/tests; lot number requirements; shipping label requirements.
Resolves production problems by; notifying set up personnel for assistance; notifying supervisor to obtain additional resources; if necessary, discontinue manufacturing operations until the problem is resolved.
Maintains a safe and clean work environment of complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
Documents production information into appropriate reporting system.
Promotes teamwork and effective working relationships among all contacts by setting positive examples.

Wage range for this position starts at $16.25/hr with an additional .35/hr shift differential. Potential increases every 6 months up to a maximum of $18.47/hr with an additional .35/hr shift differential.Third Shift Hours: Monday

Fill paperwork in a timely manner, (allergen change over, down time sheets, ingredient tracking sheet). Set up all conveyors, maintain the area clean. Put pan trucks into stacker/unstacker as required for production run.

Under the direct supervision of the Shift Lead Operator and reporting to the Finishing area Manager, the Oven/Fabrication Operator is responsible for following procedures for Aerogel product manufacture, oven and fabrication equipment operation and safety requirements as documented by Aspen Aerogels.
Follow all safety procedures.
Safely and efficiently operate the Heat Treatment Oven(s) according to operating procedures, and/or as instructed
Follow product documentation and specification for correct equipment operation (Ex.: temperature, power, speed settings).
Visually inspect product appearance while equipment is running; communicating, flagging major defects and/or removing minor defects.
Follow product documentation (traveler) for correct tension setting, length measurement and removal. Record data as required.
Unload Aerogel blankets, label and document according to procedures.
Safely and efficiently operate Fabrication equipment (slitter, CNC and laminator) according to company procedures, and/or as instructed.
Program, run and troubleshoot CNC cutting machine, slitting machines, edge trimmers and coating machines. .
Perform material handling duties in a safe, conscientious manner.
Perform preventive maintenance and routine cleaning on equipment as per procedures and/or as directed by the Shift Leader.
Dispose of waste materials according to company procedures.
Ensure blanket samples (quality coupons) are taken as per specification and provided to Quality Control
Follow instructions as per company policy and Shift leader instructions including proper breaks, rest periods and attendance
Attend pre-shift meetings that occur five minutes prior to shift change Communicate all equipment issues to shift leader

The Tender Manager will introduce and manage all necessary bid procedures, governance, and process when presented with RFQ. This is a highly networked role that requires an ability to work under pressure and to challenging deadlines. It will require strong people management and commercial skills.

Analyse the Customer's service requirements and transfer it into the tender proposition
Participate in clarification meetings
Perform the cost and risk calculation for the Service tender
Maintain/Develop the Service cost estimation tool to reflect the Service strategy

Participate in Service contracts adaptation for the different Service options
Participate in internal Gateway meetings to support the Service tender proposition

The Tender Manager, Ocean Freight will be responsible for overseeing pricing activities within our Regional Ocean Commercial Center (ROCC) team. ROCC team specializes in responding to our customers' complex Request for Quotations (RFQ) and Request for Proposals (RFP) managed through our Bid Management Team (BMT).

Engagement with product, commercial, customers and management at all levels globally
Recommend optimal solutions to improve service processes, needs and objectives of our customers
Ability to understand and present DGF products and services, focusing on the value proposition DGF has to offer (when required)
Comfort level in presenting and attending face to face meetings with our commercial team to ensure DGF's proposal is presented intelligently, accurately, and competitively
Skills & Qualifications:
5-10 years logistics industry experience preferred
Strong analytical and organizational skills
In-depth knowledge of Ocean Freight forwarding business and understanding of supply chain logistics
Proficient understanding of Ocean Freight product offering
Strong project management skills paired with pro-active behavior to stay on top of multiple deadlines for multiple bids in parallel
Good communication skills to properly engage with various country OCCs
Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
Mature judgment and decision-making skills and abilities
Advanced knowledge of Excel a must
Must be able to adapt quickly to ongoing demands (RFQ volume, customer expectations, etc.)
High sense of urgency; able to work and stay focused under pressure
