Perform somewhat diversified duties to dewax and cure molds following established methods and procedures.
Work from casting schedules and / or instructions to obtain molds from storage, move to ovens and load. Use fork lift and Taurus as necessary.
Start ovens, pumps, compressors and blowers.
Set and control temperatures for melt-out and curing cycles required. Maintain continuing check on oven temperatures and other requirements to assure compliance with time-temperature cycles and cooling routines as specified for the various mold and investment types.
Assist in unloading ovens and in other duties related to pouring operations in all areas such as positioning molds, removing molds after pouring, moving molds to cooling area. Exercise care in handling molds to avoid damage.
Detect faulty operations, defective material and report these and any unusual conditions to supervisor.
Follow prescribed safety regulations. Maintain clean and orderly work areas.

We are seeking a Core Assembly Braze & Oven Operator to become an integral part of our team! You will perform assembly tasks as well as be responsible for operating a brazing oven used to braze metal components used in the production of heat transfer units.
- Operate a brazing oven used to create strong, leak-proof joints in the production of heat transfer units.
- Read and interpret blueprints and/or job orders to determine product specifications.
- Prepare units by inspecting, measuring, and adjusting and secure components. Accurately complete necessary oven logs before placing units in braze oven.

Oven Operator - Bakery
Responsible for production orders at the oven. Communicate daily orders and changes in oven production to the staff and supervises their work. Assures that correct procedures are followed, and that standard product quality is maintained in all oven operations. Responsible for overseeing all employees work safely and follow safety rules.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Responsible for the correct and safe oven operation.
Assume responsibility for checking daily baking orders.

Communicate changes in production to personnel and supervisor when necessary, to assure quality and schedules
Assure that all breaks and lunches are received

Description PRIMARY FUNCTION: Performs a number of duties to properly cure composite parts.
JOB DUTIES: I.Ability to perform all activities required of a composite bagger. II.Works from bonding and process specifications, blueprints and production schedules to perform fabrication sequences for composites bonding.
May work under the guidance of other Oven Operators. III.Performs autoclave and oven bonding functions. IV.Seals the autoclave and check for vacuum leaks and short circuits in the thermocouple wiring.
V.Interprets and apply the proper amount of heat and pressure from information on bonding process instruction sheets. VI.Checks the recorder and temperature control during the cure cycle to maintain proper conditions for valid bonding. VII.Determines practical methods to improve assembly and fitting of most parts to eliminate bonding failures.
Insures proper processing, lay-up and bagging techniques are maintained. VIII.Diagnoses defective workmanship of parts and recommend corrective action IX.Maintains shop records and assure parts are bonded according to production schedules. Monitors status and report shortages of supplies and processing materials.
X.May occasionally assist in bagging operations and assist layup techs with core form operations. XI.Responsible for own work. XII.Performs other related duties as required..

Looking for Packer/Trimmers and Oven Operators to work 1st and 2nd shifts in Bryan OH.
The Packer/Trimmers must be able to stand for 10 hours, be able to use sissors/knives, inspect and package quality parts. $10 for 1st shift and $10.20 for 2nd.
The Oven Operators must also be able to stand for 10 hrs, must have upper body strength to open and close molds and inspect parts prior to passing onto the trimmers. $10 for 1st shift and $10.20 for 2nd.
