Qualified applicants must perform laboratory testing with emphasis on Petrophysical Work, Rock Mechanics and/or Flow Studies. Must be familiar with and able to utilize Laboratory Instruments effectively.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

Preferred a strong emphasis on logical and mechanical reasoning in a laboratory environment. Must be computer literate with working knowledge of MS Office.

Job Description: & Qualifications
The Telematics Core - System Engineer would be responsible for the development and integration of TCU (Telematics Control Unit) which serves as a primary connectivity channel between the vehicle and outside world in Ford's newer electrical architecture. The role is part of Global Network Operations team and shall enable operations management for all LTE Evolved Packet Core Elements. This shall include incident management, event management, change request management & coordination, and root cause analysis for all critical events.

Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree – Engineering Communications or Computer

At least 2 years of operational knowledge on Cloud platform (Open Stack, KVMs). Hands-on experience to work on Linux platform.
4-5 years of LTE EPC working experience (SGW/PGW/HSS/PCRF etc.) – Expertise on Nokia platform will be preferred
2- 3 years working knowledge on Linux / Unix scripting
Willing and able to work in environment with experience supporting high availability services in an Operations Center environment preferred
Knowledge and experience of processes, standards, tools in a telecom setup
Proven track record of successfully addressing challenging e2e operational related issues through structured incident management & resolution process within the SLA boundaries
Team player, excellent problem-solving skills, self-motivated, analytical & significantly contributor in cross-functional teams
Flexibility with working hours desired, i.e. at peak times or in major events/incidents

ITIL Certifications and experience with implementing processes will be an added advantage.

Medical Technologist - Core Lab (630107)
Full-time core laboratory position responsible for all areas of clinical laboratory testing including pre-analytic, analytic, and post-analytic. The position will reside within the Division's CLIA laboratory, CD Laboratories in Towson, MD. Basic techniques that will be performed in this position include but are not limited to hematology, clinical chemistry, ELISA and microbiology. The successful candidate will be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Must have meticulous work habits, and be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple projects. Maintain a calm and positive attitude even when dealing with difficult situations. Continually looks for ways to improve efficiency and reduce operating costs.
Shift: M - F 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Every other Saturday 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Receive specimens into the lab and verify adequacy for testing
Label all specimens with barcodes after entry into the LIS
Perform all necessary processing steps to prepare specimens for testing, i.e., centrifugation, mixing, plating of culture specimens, etc.
Maintain quality assurance logs to document inadequate or missing specimens
Perform and document all required instrument maintenance and calibrations as needed
Perform and document all required quality control. Assure that testing is not performed until acceptable results are obtained
Assist with training and supervision of new employees and lab assistants in all technical areas
Participate in and document annual continuing education
Perform all testing according to SOPM
Enter test results into LIS and verify that results are being entered via the electronic instrument-LIS interface
Review and release all test results. Review questionable or critical results with a senior technologist
Assure that all critical values are reported to the ordering physician as soon as test results are validated
Update patient charts with all notes pertaining to specimen adequacy or specific test information
Provide technical information about test results to physicians
Participate in individual or group projects or on designated committees when requested to do so by the Technical Supervisor or Lab Manager
Expected Areas of Competence
