Entry Insulator - Heavy Assembler 1 - Plant 19
Assembles mechanical units, fabricated parts/components sub-assemblies, assemblies or complete units using hand tools, power tools, jigs, fixtures and miscellaneous equipment.
Fits, aligns, calibrates and adjusts parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product operating requirements; repairing units or products that have failed to meet requirements.
Follows all safety rules and practices.
May be involved in safety committees or initiatives.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Must know how to read a tape measure and ruler.
Work at heights up to 25 feet using a restraint harness.
Must be able to use a respirator.
Know how to read and follow blue prints.
Lift up to 40 pounds continuously.

Description This position is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing all equipment and company assets while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. #
Tasks Refrigeration Maintenance positions are responsible for keeping equipment running to maintain continuous production. You must be willing set up, adjust and break down production line machinery.
Must be willing to learn Tyson SAP software to make work orders and fill out the daily documentation that is required in the system. Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively. Must be able to use math as needed to make work related computations for machinery, fluid capacities, etc.
Must be willing to lift 70 lbs. on a daily basis and be willing to stand on your feet for a period of 12 hours. Must be willing to complete all required training for the job. #

Cork Production Operator L
The Production Operator 1 will be responsible for (but not limited to) the setup/operation of assigned production equipment.
Responsible for the efficient operation of designated production equipment as assigned.
Responsible for start-up, operation, change over, shut down and preventative maintenance of assigned production equipment. Equipment may include, but not limited to, production line equipment, forklifts or other power equipment.
Operate all assigned equipment safely and efficiently.
Perform manual tasks as assigned. Assignment may include, but not limited to, loading cork hoppers, supplying other production line items, reworking product as necessary, and packaging.
Verify accuracy of work (i.e. QA line checks, verification of load-in/load-out accuracy).
Provide general plant and facility clean up (5S) including, but not limited to production line clean up and sanitizing, and warehouse sanitation.
Knowledge, Skill and Experience
High School Diploma preferred.
0-2 years’ production experience, preferably in a related manufacturing industry or environment.
Able to work effectively in a team environment.
Works with a sense of urgency while maintaining quality and company safety standards.
Able to comprehend and safely operate production equipment.
Solid understanding of safe work practices and OSHA.

JOB SUMMARY: Installing underfloor, water pipe, duct wrap and attic insulation. Removing or repair of existing insulation.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES of the job include:
1. Remove and Install under floor insulation, water pipe insulation, duct wrap insulation and blow in attic insulation. Install under floor ground cover. Repair existing insulation.
2. Install other weather proofing products such as baffles, roof vents, caulking and foam products using carpenters’ hand or power tools.
3. Cut insulation to the correct size, attach with glue, staples and twine.
4. Operate equipment that blows insulation into walls and attics.
5. Load and unload trucks/trailers at job locations or warehouse.
6. Lift up to 50lbs.
7. Work indoors in crawlspaces, and attics, in varying temperatures.
8. Coordinate with other workers for the purpose of completing projects and work orders efficiently.
9. Inspect for damaged structures and report to insulation team leader.
10. Completes daily paperwork; time worked, materials loaded, materials used or returned to inventory.
9. Maintains a safe working environment by obeying all safety rules as outlined in the Safety Program.
11. Ensures job sites are clean at the end of each day and completion of job.
12. Come to work each day to fulfill customer contracts and achieve 100% customer satisfaction.

• Fabricate and install - pipe and duct insulation i.e. fiberglass, elastomeric, polyisocyanurate. PVC and metal jacket systems.
• Operate equipment such as lifts, beader crimper, brakes, shears, and hand tools.
• Coordinate installation with other trades for efficiency.
• Inventory and order material as needed.
